I had a few questions about buying a personal gym and wasnt sure if it was the right way to go but after talking to Nolissa at Fitness Superstore it was a no brainer. I was able to not only purchase the gym I wanted but was also able to use their deliver and put together team. My machine was delivered within a few weeks and hooked up within a little bit and before you know it I was ready to lift. I would highly recommend using them for your gym purchases!

The store has all of the workout equipment I require. They sell it for a decent price and even offer a discount. The packing was well-prepared, and they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I've purchased numerous times from this store and really suggest it.

Good day, I ordered the BodySolid GCEC340 Cam Series Leg Extension & Curl machine. I contacted Fitness Superstore to inquire about the price of the product because they would be sending it to Canada. The team was beyond phenomenal always cc’ing multiple team members so as to assure a reply at the earliest, which I found going above and beyond (because sometimes waiting for a response can be a pain). From before I purchased to questions I had prior to ordering up to placing my order all of my queries were addressed both courteously and with diligence. I received emails confirming my order, shipping confirmation as well as delivery confirmation. I also found that Fitness Superstore is one of the few companies that covers shipping to Canada with a flat fee, this was of great convenience because their fee was and would have been much cheaper than having to clear customs which can sometimes double to hundreds of dollars. Overall, I give Fitness Superstore 5/5

Fitness Superstore is awesome. I've purchased two refurbished treadmills from them in the last few years and both experiences were fantastic. Amazing gym-quality machines, just like brand new, but for a fraction of the price. Their customer service and delivery teams were great, too. I highly recommend!

Picked up a French fitness leg press/hack squat for my home gym. Customer service was outstanding. Warehouse guys loaded everything up for me in my truck. All the pieces were packaged nicely and none of the boxes looked damaged. All the pieces were there and assembly was a breeze. Will be a returning customer.

The Fitness Superstore has been great to deal with, they are prompt to answer back on the chat, they have also helped fix a small issue I had with installation of the equipment which was also really helpful. Bought the FSR70 Smith Rack, it's definitely an awesome piece of home gym equipment and touches on a lot of the exercises I want to hit.

My experience with Fitness Store was excellent and I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for equipment to use at home. I purchased the BodySolid G6BR Bi Angular Home Gym with Leg Press from them and they installed it for me in my garage in no time. It works great and since then I purchased a stationary bike and recumbent ab machine from them so now I have my own home gym. Fitness Store was easy to work with and answered all of my questions during the purchase process.

I'm glad I pulled the trigger on the using Fitness Superstore to help build my home gym out! After a lot of research & debating, I decided to go with them based on their price points, reviews & the time they took to answer all my questions when I called them for details... Needless to say, I was not disappointed! They delivered everything quickly (in stock) & having them install & build the bigger pieces out (smith machine) was a good choice & well worth the extra expense! They were efficient & very courteous about making sure it was the right piece, built out correctly & in the right place for my home!
