Attention to detail. Great transaction. Equipment as advertised. Like new

I can't wait to put this together in my new home and start using this. I cancel my gym membership because I did not like to keep driving place to place and now I can have all the time to do what I want to do and don't have to worry about using gym equipment at the gym and others saying iam using it and there not really using it. I have read some reviews on this and I hear it's the best.

Our experience with Fitness Superstore was wonderful.

We had a Bowflex Treadclimber for about 15 years and it was starting to give up on us. Unfortunately, when we finally decided to bite the bullet and buy a new one, Bowflex was no longer selling the Treadclimber.

So, in our search for a used one, we came across the Fitness Superstore website offering refurbished equipment.

Our first contact was with Jonathan. We called them on August 18th at approximately 9:30 am NH time and assumed that since they were in CA that we’d get an answering machine and just leave a message. So, we were very surprised when Jonathan answered the phone. Jonathan was great. We were probably on the phone with him for about 20 minutes going over the order.

On that same day we received an e-mail from Nolissa with a “Room of Choice Survey” asking for a complete description and measurements of the entryway to our home and the location of where the machine was going to be set up along with video.

On August 20th we received an e-mail from Cherry politely asking us to complete the survey. Which we did.

On September 7th we reached out to Cherry on the status of our order, explaining that we were having our kitchen renovated and construction was going to begin on September 27th which meant our accessway was going to be blocked. Cherry wrote back that day and said she would check into the status of our order.

On September 8th Cherry advised that our order had been shipped. Because our order included removal of our old machine and delivery and set-up of the new machine by a third party here in NH, she also contacted them to let them know of our need to receive the machine before the 27th.

On September 21st we contacted Cherry to check on the status of the order. She advised that the order had arrived in NH and she was going to contact the third party and she also gave us their contact information so that we could follow-up as well. Shortly thereafter we received an e-mail from that provider and we scheduled the delivery for September 25th. He arrived that morning, he removed the old machine and set up the new machine within an hour.

On top of it all, Jonathan called just to check up to make sure we were all set with the order.

Ordered a full home gym from the Fitness Superstore and everything turned out great. Multiple people were available to help me through the process and they provided an install through a partner that was top notch. This is a company that obviously cares about their customers and reputation. I’ll use them again in the future when I need more equipment.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. While it isn't the "full gym experience" because of space limitations, it sure beats paying monthly fees at a gym just to have someone constantly using the equipment that you were planning to use.

The delivery was much sooner than I expected and the installers, who I paid extra to put it together, were quick and knowledgeable.

Overall, I highly recommend Fitness Superstore for a home gym. I'll never go back to a traditional gym again.

Great service and product. The customer service is very prompt in communicating delivery timeline and the delivery service used were also excellent. The sauna was easy to assemble. We love the Bluetooth and light function and that it is a plug and play machine. My husband and I enjoyed it through the summer and will for sure enjoy it more during winter months!

Online ordering was simple and straight forward. I found exactly what I was looking for (Body Solid G5S) along with the GIOT thigh attachment and a few other accessories. Even with the current global supply chain issues, I was surprised at how quickly I received the equipment. The complete order showed up on time and I've since built and installed everything and now have a beautiful home gym. The communication and response from Fitness Superstore was great!
