Ordered up the French fitness multistation unit for my home built workout room. Thought is was going to be weeks, but instead was notified by email it was in stock and would be shipped with in days. 5 days later and was unloaded to my backyard. Great service, fast delivery, and complete order, not the norm these days. Thank you very much and will be placing another order soon. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO USE THE SUPERSTORE!

Very easy. Shipping was delayed (without notice) but Covid, etc I guess. FS arranged an assembly/delivery team and that went surprisingly smooth. All in all, great experience.

I purchased a wall-mounted cable machine from their online store, but I did call first to ask some questions about the equipment I was interested in. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend them.

I order a body solid squat rack, French fitness weights and floor tiles. Everything was fantastic, easy to put together. Customer Service was fantastic also! Everything came within two weeks, no problems with delivery. Great company, they carry so many products. I just ordered more equipment. I have been creating my own gym since Covid, so much better to have my own stuff! I would definitely recommend this company.

I actually found everything I was looking for. It was great because I didn't have to search another store to go and check it out. If you are a sports enthusiast like me, you need to pay them a visit.

Excellent experience. Huge inventory, lot of good alternatives, website provides tons of info for the products. Ordering and picking up was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of the bench I purchased is outstanding, a big improvement over the one I purchased on Amazon a year ago.

The overall function of the machine is great, I also love that machine is not bulky and fits a spare bedroom so I can work out in comfort and not in a hot garage. I never have to wait in line for a machine at the gym again. If you’re serious about working out this is a must have.

I had a very positive experience with Fitness Superstore. It was super easy to order from them on-line, they were very responsive with the order, making it clear when each of the parts of my order would be available to ship and confirming the shipment when it took place. Everything I ordered arrived promptly or, if delayed, when Fitness Superstore said it would arrive. No damaged parts, no missing parts. And the staff reached out to make sure that I had all of the support I needed with my purchases. All-in-all, a very positive experience!

We waited about two months for our sauna but we are very happy with it. It was pretty easy to put together although we had to uncrate it from the driveway and husband/wife team had to carry the 8 pieces up to the second floor. It looks nice and works very well. Very happy with the purchase, and at a great price.
