Everything went very smooth and the staff is VERY responsive to any medium of contact. I was able to get clear explanations and additional changes to my order in a matter of minutes. Quality Products & Seamless Ordering Experience:
Ordered change plates from Fitness Superstore after finding them online. My husband and I are starting an outdoor micro-gym in our backyard and it's been difficult to find gym equipment at reasonable prices during quarantine. With other vendors, we waited for 6+ months to pick up equipment or did not have the option to browse available items via a website.

While our order was small and straightforward, I was really impressed by how prompt and proactive the customer service was - you arrange a pick-up time window and call when you're on site. Very easy process and picked up the plates from their warehouse within a few days of placing the order. Will definitely return for future equipment needs!

There were some issues with the equipment (manufacturers issue) and the Fitness Superstore, Inc team went out of their way to help find the missing piece and even had their warehouse manager come out to deliver. Fitness Superstore is the place to go for your home gym. They are fast and reliable with great customer service. I had to return a dumbbell rack and my return was processed right away.

The website have what I was looking for and the pickup process was quick and easy!

I had a great experience recently with Fitness Superstore on multiple occasions. They were extremely responsive to an order I placed for a big piece of equipment and kept me informed the days leading up to delivery. The delivery and assembly team were very nice and professional. On a subsequent order I only paid for curbside delivery and they assembled the item and took all the packaging. I could not be more happy with them!

Great Service from start to finish. Frank, at the Brookfield CT. Store, is terrific. He was very helpful in making sure i got the right exercise bike and he is only a phone call away if I have any questions.

Just received a refurb'd Octane XT-One. We had some back and forth status emails as FS worked through parts shortages arising from Nautilus selling the Octane business to TRUE last year, but FS bent over backwards to get this unit delivered in flawless condition. First elliptical workout since COVID closed the gyms a year ago—my thighs are screaming, but I couldn't be happier.
