Very happy with the designed project, advice and service.
Had few issues with the wardrobe doors, but all have been sorted. Happy to have very stylish, good quality furniture. Nice attachment to the house.

The sales team are very responsive and insightful. Aman acted not only as sales, but designer, he listened to my voices, ideas, and concerns and provided feedback on the design. The customer service team provided an immaculate support during the fitting of my wardrobe, and provided an effective alternative solutions to a slight hiccup that we had.

The fitter team of three are very professional and good at what they do. They transformed my bedroom with a clean and great touch of fitted wardrobe.

We have had 3 rooms fitted with wardrobes and we are beyond thrilled with them. Ranjeet initially came round and gave us plenty of ideas/designs and his professionalism was second to none. Within 24 hours we had paid our deposit and had a date booked in for the wardrobes to be fitted. All 3 rooms took 2 days in total to fit and the fitters were great and clearly take pride in their work. I would recommend Smiths to anyone and will be using them again for other projects.

The whole process was so simple and we found the sales department friendly rather than pushy. Our designer took the time to share with us various colours/deigns and talked through the storage options to meet our needs. The layout was designed perfectly for our space which is not something we could have easily done ourselves. The fitters were experienced and friendly and completed the job in 3-4 days happy to make any small changes we required. We are so happy with the overall look of our wardrobes and the space has now maximised our storage capabilities.

My wardrobes look great. Extremely happy. Smiths communicated with me really well and the team were professional. Can't wait to use them now!

So pleased with my fitted wardrobe and the fitters did an excellent job. The customer service was exceptional the lady who answered sorted everything out for me and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend as the end result is exceptional.

Requirement for a fitted wardrobe to increase storage space and replace a smaller set of drawers and wardrobe. Went for three different company design options and settled on the design provided by Besto on the basis of functionality and cost. The design was subsequently amended to further suit our requirements. Less than a month from placing the order to having the installation date confirmed. Excellent communication The fitting team arrived at the confirmed timeslot. They worked professionally and quickly to complete the installation. The finished product was exactly as per the design and to a high standard. Thank you & happy to recommend.

I had two bedrooms fitted with wardrobes a had a few other storage units made to measure. We are very happy with the quality of items and workmanship. All very helpful start to finish and very good prices too.

I have choosen smiths for fitting cupboards in kitchen, utility, and bedroom. From start to finish it was an excellent service. Designer, fitters and the entire team worked and understood properly what i was looking for. They were professional and left my place clean and tidy. The work was of very high standard and the price was very competitive. I look forward to working with them again.

Huge disappointment is a mild word for what Smiths put me through. For almost 2 months of going back and forth, I did not receive any workable design, I was passed through four different people and when I gave up, I had to chase multiple times to get my deposit back… I would think twice before starting any project with Smiths.

I would not have been able to get the furnishing done if it was not Smiths. I did obtain designs from few other competitors but was not happy with their designs, cost and they are specific to only bedrooms and living space. Smiths has been one stop solution for me and made my dream a reality. It was almost a weeks effort and team has been very patient with our requirements to make the fittings apt to the design. Now I feel my house is my sweet home. Thank you team.

Smiths and everyone involved from the designer to the carpenters and everyone in between were so professional from start to finish. They worked within my budget and helped me achieve the room I was wanting without me feeling pressurised into buying optional extras or spending far beyond my means. They understood what I wanted and did all they could to make it happen in a cost effective and timely matter.

Fitting was very quick with the carpenters arriving on time and working very quickly. There was a slight problem at the end, but Smiths were very quick to come back and rectify the problem without any quibbling!

I would highly rate this very professional company for their service and their cabinets.
