I've used Fittleworth since 2015 & I can't recommend them highly enough. They've never let me down, they've always advised me if I've ever had any queries. I wouldn't use any other supplier.

the last 2/3 deliveries

the last 2/3 deliveries, there are several pouches that have leaked after a couple of hours of being worn. originally thought it was my fault ( after 6 years of using ).
Started checking adhesive on pouches , discovered that on a few of the pouches very patchy. I am now anxious going out and extremely anxious of over night as a few incidents have occurred. Obviously disrupted sleep. And having to launder bedding.
Can anybody advice what i can do or who to speak to.

I have previously had issues

I have previously had issues, items out of stock and not being informed.
But today 11/06/26 I received my order of four items, each in its own packaging and each with it's own delivery note.
Also received four emails and four texts.
Plus this delivery came with a new courier, with a eight hour slot.
The previous courier gave a two hour slot ,and they always arrived within that slot.

Fast and efficient delveries.

I order via my doctors who then issue an order number to Fittleworth. This system works well. Only problems are that deliveries can arrive over different days from the same order. Any queries by phone have always been dealt with politely.

Unhappy with the carrier

Unhappy with the carrier, leaves at front door, doesn't even knock. I heard you changed carriers, if so, thats great.
However.....

Good products great customer service staff in the office, easy to get through i telephone.

Being a double (using both colostomy…

Being a double (using both colostomy and urostomy) felt like the end of the world for me but I'm able to go about my normal life due to quality of the product I receive from Fittleworth. Life wouldn't have been same with you, Fittleworth. Timely, reliable, quality service. Thank everyone at Fittleworth.

I was new to Fittleworth but what a great company.

I was new to Fittleworth after having a colonoscopy but the stoma nurses at the hospital presented me with a Fittleworth bag containing everything I needed. I was really impressed by this but of course hadn’t any experience with ordering from them. I was immediately impressed with the Fittleworth contact I spoke to when making my first order. What a very professional company, I have now had almost six months experience and I can say without doubt they are the best company I have ever dealt with. The delivery service is excellent and you can rely on the delivery coming on the confirmed date. There is nothing negative to say about them, their service, ease of ordering and delivery is worthy of ten stars.
Thank you Fittleworth and look forward to many years of dealing with you.

In all they atre doing fine the only problem I have is that the vents on the illyostamy bags don't release the air and I end up with the bag full of air

When I first contacted Fittleworth I…

When I first contacted Fittleworth I was embarrassed and unsure of this new equipment need. They were friendly and professional and ordering was easy. Have now ordered may times; everyone I've ever spoken to is still friendly and professional and they are always courteous, honest about delivery (for which you get an hour slot on a given day texted in advance) and just plain nice to deal with.

Been receiving the products for seven…

Been receiving the products for seven years and the service has been brilliant.
I do identify however, that if I send an email about not needing the complimentary wipes and bags and I never need the plastic connectors - I receive no response whatsoever and it is very hit and miss if my requests are carried out. I hate the waste when these items build up.
The product has recently changed and the adhesive is now a problem as it remains on the skin on removal of the bag.

DO NOT USE

As with others on here the delivery of supplies is absolutely appalling. I have also been left without supplies in the past and had to arrange for someone to take me to a hospital to collect some emergency pouches. I have a specific contact who does his very best to assist but I am constantly being told supplies are to be delivered on a specific day only for the goods to not turn up. Do not use this company, they are extremely unreliable and Fittleworth, do not tell me to email or call you, I am waiting for a management response to latest fiasco from yesterday
