I've been a customer for about 10 years now. Labels are always delivered quickly.
Used to order a few sheets now I order 100's of sheets at a time.

Used these guys for a long time but recently the service has become painfully slow and is stifled by an overprotective process paying upfront for products prior to design.

Very easy process
I had to locate the label I needed and it was very easy to find. Ordering was just as easy on line and they turned up the very next day! Safely boxed and secure. I've had the labels before and they're perfect. Thank you.

Great Labels
Great Labels, my go to place for all things sticky. Just a slight niggle, but I would love to see a way to combine orders if they are placed within a certain period. e.g. I ordered labels and got free postage, then later that day, I found I needed more of a different type for my business. There was no way to combine the two orders and I therefore got charged postage on the 2nd lot, despite my total spend being just over £100. It would be helpful if there was a way to combine them to avoid this. It won't stop me ordering in the future, just a slight frustration of mine

Possibly the worst customer service and…
Possibly the worst customer service and product quality that I have ever had the misfortune to experience.
The printed labels were pixelated and nothing like the proof that I approved which they sent me.
Customer Service policy seems to be to fob you off at all times to the point of insulting your intelligence.
I ask for a product replacement for the unusable one they sent. I even posted them a label from another supplier to show what it could look like. Again, they deflected responsibility. I then requested a refund and had to response. Back to vistaprint where customer service makes happy customers.
Avoid at all cost.
Legally, they’re required to offer a full refund. Unfortunately, their policy is to dodge and fob.
Back to Vistaprint where they look after customers.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the labels. However, it was very clear from the samples (you sent to us after receiving your order) that other company printed these on a top coated synthetic material whereas you purchased the same design on a vellum paper material from us – hence the difference in the quality in term of comparison.
Unfortunately, an electronic proof cannot physically differentiate the outcome you’d expect from labels printed on paper material versus labels printed on top coated synthetic material.
We have offered you a generous discount for a reprint which you have refused to accept. Therefore, we have been unable to resolve this matter on this occasion.
