We manufacture in excess of 100,000 combinations of labels at our production facility in Peterborough and have more than 100 label materials to choose from, over 40 colours and finishes, many different types of adhesives, greater than 1,000 standard shapes and sizes of labels. Really good personal service
I ordered some labels to go into a Rollodex as although a little more than I wanted to pay they were far, far cheaper than elsewhere. Then I had the problem of looking for a template which I thought would be easy (it may have been had I been searching for the right ones!!) :-)
Just past midnight (in self induced exasperation) I emailed the company to ask if they could provide one. At 09:27 that morning they replied with not just one but two in different formats. (A .pdf and a .doc). So surprised at the speed and eficiency from customer service. They will be my 'go to' from now on. 100% excellent customer service and I am so pleased that the size is exactly what I needed. The company provides a service rarely found in this day and age.

What an excellent company to deal with. Site navigation and ordering was very easy. Proof of my order came through immediately for approval. Order updates were brilliant. Fast despatch and most importantly the product was excellent. I will definitely be ordering again.

£1,500 of Defective Labels—Complete ink adhesion failure and Zero Accountability
I am writing this to warn other businesses about the unacceptable quality and "service" provided by AA Labels.
We placed a significant order worth approximately £1,500, only to receive labels that are fundamentally not fit for purpose. The ink and printed sections are flaking and peeling off the material with almost no friction. This isn't just a minor cosmetic issue; it is a total manufacturing failure of the ink-to-substrate bond.
The Evidence: We conducted a standard adhesion "tape test" on samples from every single roll in the shipment. Every single roll failed. The ink lifted immediately, proving that the curing process was defective or the wrong ink/material combination was used for this job.
Despite providing clear evidence and sample test results of this failure, AA Labels has refused to acknowledge the gravity of the problem. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to demand full payment for a reprint to fix a mistake that was 100% their own technical error.
A professional printing company should stand by the quality of their work. Instead, they are attempting to charge us twice for a product they failed to deliver correctly in the first place.
Quality: 0/5 (Ink peels off immediately)
Accountability: 0/5 (Refusal to fix their own manufacturing defect)
Value: 0/5 (Wasted £1,500 and caused significant project delays)
If you require labels that meet basic industrial standards for durability, I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. We are now forced to pursue a formal dispute/legal route to recover our funds.

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you have had. We fully understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must be, and this is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have.
At AA Labels, we take quality very seriously. Upon receipt of your complaint, we requested the return of the labels so our technical team could assess them. However, we understand from your initial updates that no labels were available for return at that time. We also attempted to follow up by email and phone, as we were keen to resolve this for you. Unfortunately, with no response from your side, the investigation was closed.
Upon further communication from you, the complaint was reopened without delay. As you have now advised that you have the labels to return, a collection has been arranged for further investigation. We have also sent a further email outlining the information required so that we can complete our review and work towards a fair and meaningful resolution.
For clarity, we have not refused to refund or replace the goods; rather, we have requested the opportunity to be able to carry out an investigation into the matter. Your cooperation in providing the information required in order for this to be done effectively would be sincerely appreciated.

I recently ordered two types of labels. AA Labels called me to confirm the order and it turned out that I had ordered the wrong labels. They changed the order and sent the correct ones. I received them the next morning. They were very helpful.
As for the quality of the labels, I used to order from AA Labels, but I switched to another cheaper company. Unfortunately, the labels peeled off at the corners and dust stuck to them. The labels from AA Labels are perfect. They stick exactly as expected. I will stay with them for a long time. Good product quality and great customer service.

Unfriendly website and would not recommend ..... plus wanted to charge a minimum of £15+ to send 30 sheets of labels because of our postcode which is IV30 .... which is mainland UK!! Royal mail charges between £1.55 and £3.35.

dusty SRA3 label sheets
SRA3 label sheets - 1 label per sheet.
Brand new pack of 100 sheets - almost always arrives 'dusty'. Maybe paper 'swarf' from cutting, but large amounts & very visible. You can sometimes 'get away with it' if you have a white background, but a full colour dark background will leave many speckles unprinted where the 'dust' is. Tried vacuuming each sheet, which helps, but not 100% & really you shouldn't have to do this. The fuser in the printer now has debris embedded on the roller and will need to be replaced. Can't say 100% it was caused by the dusty labels, but noticed after printing them. Issue has previously been reported, & labels replaced. Subsequent orders, revert back to dusty labels. I now use an alternative supplier for these SRA3 label sheets. My recommendation would be to avoid these SRA3 labels.
Would have ben 1 star, but to be fair, the A4 die-cut sheets don't seem to have the same issue. I may cautiously order further A4 sheets, but I will have to examine them very carefully. Replacement fusers are not cheap.

Exceptional Service Despite Shipping Challenges
I cannot recommend this label supplier highly enough. As a business based in Greece, we needed specialized labels and decided to order samples from this UK company. Despite facing shipping challenges that were completely beyond their control, their customer service was absolutely outstanding.
Our first order unfortunately got held up at customs, and the second was lost by the courier. Throughout both of these setbacks, the team remained professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to resolving our issues.
Special mention goes to Abdul, who assisted me from the beginning in finding the perfect products for our specific application. His expertise and patience were invaluable. Every team member I interacted with demonstrated the same level of dedication and professionalism.
What truly sets this supplier apart is how they handle situations when things don't go as planned. Even though the shipping issues weren't their fault, they took ownership of the problem and worked diligently to find solutions.

Avoid like the plague
I ordered two sets of labels and everything was problematic from day one.
On the website, they promise again and again in many banners that they offer "next day delivery", but that is not true. After I submitted my designs, it took two days to verify them, and then 4 more days before the labels were dispatched. On top of that, three days to deliver. This meant I didn't even receive my order within the same week!
We missed an important deadline, but that was not all.
The quality of one the sets is very bad, with blurry text and lines that lack definition.
For the other set, I ordered transparent labels and they are totally unreadable. I contacted support and they said "that's because you have to put them in a surface that's white". What is the point of a transparent label that is not transparent!
The website has this moto in the header of the page saying: "Right first time, on time, every time". That is just blatantly not true.
I contacted them via email, responses take more than one day and they didn't offer any refunds. If I wanted 50% "as a willing of good gesture" on their part, I'd have to arrange the delivery myself, pay for courier and packaging.
I won't be using them, and I hope this review helps other to avoid the pain.

However, we understand that this may not have met your expectations, and it seems you were looking for a fully clear label. To support you, we offered a 50% discount as a goodwill gesture on a future order for the correct material, but we did not receive a response despite multiple follow-ups. For future orders, we recommend choosing the Gloss Clear material for better results. Additionally, when you first escalated the issue, you confirmed that the other labels were fine, and we were never informed of any other concerns regarding print quality. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss this further or if you need any assistance with cartons or labels.

Incompetent company.
I use AA labels years for this and previous company . Now service is just incompetent.
Ordered labels and never received photo to approve and they been printed wrong dimensions and they argued and never refund. Ordered labels and box designs service for two options and receive one option and never give me pdf file which I pay for.
And worse order box to print 7 November, week later approved to print . And 22 November they send me message not able to produce for another week.
Just unprofessional.
Remember you loosing customer just once .
I will never order again up there and not recommended current AA print.

Great overall customer experience
The price was great, the customer care rep was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions fully and very promptly. They sent me out free samples which were very useful and really helped me in deciding on which product to buy from them. Just a great experience for me!
