For whatever reason they couldn’t match the prices that I was able to find on the Internet. It was worth asking them to quote me for flights but in my humble opinion, you’re better off using Skyscanner or Trip.com

I was invited to give my honest review in the email that they sent me with the quotes for flights that were more expensive than the ones I could buy online

From the moment I booked my holiday, Katelyn has been absolutely amazing. She has been so kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. No question was ever too much, and she always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt confident and well prepared.

I also want to say a big thank you to Kiri for stepping in when needed. He was just as friendly, helpful, and reassuring, making sure everything continued to run smoothly. It was so comforting to know I was in such capable hands.

The level of customer service I received from both Katelyn and Kiri has been exceptional. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness really stood out, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done to organise and facilitate my travel.

Thank you both for making this such a positive and enjoyable experience. You are both a real credit to your company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for outstanding travel service.

Kiri was very helpful and spent time looking for the best deal for us and flights to suit dates required.
Answered all our questions with courtesy and accuracy and assisted us through the online payments process.

Very helpful in all aspects

This is dedicated to one man in particular Kevin who works for the company at Ealing Broadway such a gentleman, a very understanding man I was like don’t work phones very well he took me all the way through where I should do time of travel how many breaks I would have between journeys and this was just an estimate always polite and pleasant I phoned her back the same day and said yes I have the go-ahead to book the flight then we tried many times to pay for the flight, he assured me I wouldn’t be. I wasn’t the first. I’d probably not be the last then when my phone prompted me to call the fraud squad from my bank account he was so cool. I’m thinking whoa and said to him I have to take this call he should me that’s fine. We had a break of maybe 15 minutes while I talk to the fraud squad from my bank to reassure them that this was genuine. It took probably 20 minutes hundred hundred percent. Thank you to my bank for checking on me. Eventually the fraud squad agreed to pay the money into the account and Kevin talk to me all the way through this he’s a star and your company a proper gentleman who knows what he is doing to help us 69-year-old man and have the patience not many people do for old people now my flight is confirmed to Perth with my son, I am so happy. I know I paid the money Kevin without you and your Help it would never have happened. God bless you sirwherever you go. I will always think of this time 1000 credit 1000 stars and this is a genuine compliment to one of the best people I have ever had any dealings with in booking flights Kevin thank you ever so much. I told you if I’m passing Ealing Broadway on my trip back to London I would love to take you out for a bit of lunch just to say thank you personally all the best John

The service that we received from Leo was nothing short of brilliant! From the moment we first met with him - two years before we actually travelled, to plan our trip around Asia - he was so very supportive, knowledgeable and helpful. He always made sure that he responded to our very many requests and questions quickly and efficiently – even whilst we were travelling around several countries in Asia. Those few times Leo wasn't in the office, his team were always willing and more than able to assist us. We really felt that Leo gave us a truly bespoke and highly personalised service. He will always be our 'go to person' when we travel in the future and we have already recommended him to our friends and family. He is truly one in a million!

We recently booked a holiday through Flight Centre and had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin, who has been really helpful.
Unfortunately, our first booking had to be cancelled due to the unrest in the Middle East. It was a disappointing situation, but Kevin was incredibly proactive from the moment we received the news. He even searched alternative options for us.
Kevin also saw the refund process through from start to finish, keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
We have since rebooked through Kevin, and once again he has been fantastic.
Kevin genuinely goes above and beyond for his customers, providing excellent service.

I have used the flight centre since around 2010 and I have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This time was no different, they are a very personable team in the Ealing branch. Rajesh started the process and Leo finished it and both were lovely to deal with.

We had a very restrictive brief for the team unfortunately and Leo knocked it out of the park! Thank you very much Leo for suggesting our destination - we are very excited to explore and report back. And it was a lovely touch for you to organise airport transfers for us, it will make my birthday even more special.

This is the first occasion we have used Flight Centre for our holidays.
Most of our recent holidays have been cruise and stay - and we thought Flight Centre was mainly about flights. How wrong!
Kiri provided excellent support and advice on Flights (good selection and value for money); Cruises - helping with Itinerary, Decks to consider (and at a more competitive price than the Cruise company).
Kiri also really excelled - with his advice on locations and value for money Hotels in Miami (South Beach) and the Florida Keys - and how best to spit our time between each location. We are delighted with Kirk’s recommendations for quality hotels at a great price!
Finally we could not believe how comprehensively and quickly Kiri responded with updates to finalise our Cruise and Stay.
We have no hesitation in recommending Flight Centre - and Kiri in particular - for first class advice, support and delivery - enabling us to finalise Flights, Cruise and our Miami Beach/Florida Keys Itinerary, in just a couple of days!

Katelyn was a fabulous person to deal with and dealt with a tricky situation after my flight was cancelled through the gulf coz of the war with patience and good humour. Found me a cost effective alternative to get to Oz. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Katelyn recommended and booked a city near the beach for us to go to for a break, which had plenty of things for us to see and do. She found accommodation to suit our budget. Communication by email was great. Attentive, friendly service. Look forward to booking another holiday with her guidance.

My booking agent Kenza was very helpful , she was quick to catch on to my requirements and very accommodating on getting my flight changeover timings well co ordinated. She explained the fight options available to suit my timetable, and allowed me time to consider those options making the whole process a stress free booking

Kiri (from Flight Centre - Ealing) was incredibly helpful with booking a return trip to Australia. I had a lot of questions and requests. He was very communicative and quick to respond, even when it was over the recent holiday period! I would highly recommend his services.
