We took a complicated request into the Flight Centre and were really impressed with the help we received. Melanie was helpful and knowledgeable and put together a great travel itinerary for us.

11 days on, still no refund
This is following on from my previous review below on the 19th May. I had been told categorically that my refund had been processed as per the email response I received below. Clearly stating that my refund had been sent that day. 11 days later I am still waiting for the money to be returned despite written correspondence from the Manager of the branch and the refunds team stating that it had been sent promptly.
‘We will be refunding you in full as the hotel in your booking was unavailable when we tried to convert it. You will receive a full refund of ‘xxxxx’ which head office will action for you today.’
This company is a complete and utter disgrace. If I was a gambling man, I would bet that this was done on purpose and that once the company had my money, I would pick another hotel, therefore not losing them a sale.

We have used Flight Centre for a number of years and for the last 4 or 5 Melanie Hill has always done an outstanding job for us. Out travel is long haul, multi centred with multple connections, and I need assistance! Mel has organised all of this complex travel without any fuss. It's great to know that we can rely on her completely.

Great service from Flight Centre
Great service from Flight Centre. Our consultant Amy was superb, taking a complicated itinerary and making it all work, with much patience as we sat by. Highly recommend Flight Centre, would definitely return in future.
