Hi my name Christian. My aunt , Olga Mbuma was at the airport yesterday for a flight to France. She has diplomatic passport, the check in crew (three individuals, one lady two gentlemen) rudely told her to wait without an explanation. And we insisted she cant speak English fluently and we need to translate for her but they wore refusing. They wore rude, unkind and refused to apologise.

So my amazing experience with flight center has been for close to two years now, and its has been awsome to be honest. I had a call up while I was in Acadia Pretoria for an important business meeting back in Zim. I cudnt book a ticket quick so I looked online and saw Flight Center, I took faith and called, got directions and rushed to Brooklyn. Theres a lady with flight center named Cece ☺️☺️🤩, she is nothing but jus twinlkes and stars at her job. She gave me directions as I ran thru the mall to get to the office.I got booked and from that day I've never been to a travel agents office ever, its jus a msg and Cece will do everything I need for me my family, friends and business partners. Everytime I travel when I see a sign that says flight center I see my trusted partner my friends my confidence. Cece will help any day any time. I was at the airport 4.45 in the morning the other day and callwd Cece and she picked up and solved my issue. And she always tells me if u face any challenge anytime jus ring. So the fantastic thing is you guys are able to book my flights, my hotel, my car hire, do reservations and almost anything I need done when Im planning to travel at any given time of the day. I had another emergencey jus this year, anyone can trust me Cece is like a magic wand, jus wave it and flight center will sort it out. Its like travel assurance. Cece can be a tour guide ask anything she will search and help if she needs to, places to go or visit, where to find what, jus Cece and she is always willing to help. She realy is awsome and sooooo amazing. I feel like Im too much trouble for her sometimes but she always make it work. For me and my travel buddies there no Cece without flight center and like wise no flight centre without Cece. We are forever gratefull for the service we get from you guys and it jus makes anything travel soo seamless and soo smooth, and the secret is anyday and at any time, while the costs always and I mean always turn out cheaper for me compared to what airlines charge us here direct. Hotels are cheaper booked online and Cece will get it done. And guess what, I always keep some extra money in my account with flight center so I can jus tell Cece I need to travel and she will use that to do payments and I dnt have to do any bank transfare. She is always the star of any of my travel shows.
