Worst customer service regarding the cancellation of bookings for Dubai travel. Beware booking with Flight Center. It’s all good when there are no force majeure events like pandemics and wars etc, but they completely fail customers when customers need them the most.

Never seen an organization take one’s money so quickly and refuse to return it!! It’s actually daylight robbery and a gross violation of consumer rights, whereby you are held to ransom by the most unfair T&Cs that are actually illegal.

Consumers beware and you are actually better off booking on your own directly with an airline and directly with an accommodation service provider. Flight Centre offers no value adding services other than just being a post box!
