Shelva Francis was more than amazing. She went beyond the call of duty from the beginning of the booking to the end of the trip. She communicated every detail and also advised us on the best products that we could get. She is well organised and very meticulous. We never experienced and difficulties starting from when we boarded in JHB to Singapore. The transfers agency that she chose for us was also exceptional.
