Flogas Britain Limited Opiniones

Helen went above expectations when we were thinking of leaving Flogas, she was very helpful and friendly and answered all our questions in a professional way. Helen made us feel valued and not just a number.

Helen made the process so quick and simple. All done in 5 minutes then helped me change my direct debit to match the contract.

The whole process was dead easy. Just sent a few photos re: the state and position of the tank, signed a couple of online forms and 2 weeks later, all done.

Helen was very knowledgeable and great communication skills.
A good deal with a good company
Thanks Flogas/Helen

Moved into a LPG heated home about 9 months ago. Can honestly say the service from Flo Gas has been outstanding. Staff in both sales and the delivery guys are excellent. Super helpful and friendly delivery chap who always goes out of his way to be helpful.
Highly recommend.

Helen at Flo Gas assisted me in making a quick decision on my renewed contract. I had set at least two hours aside to renegotiate my contract. Helen was efficient and made my task very easy and she dealt with it quickly. I hope the next time round in two years, I will be able to speak with Helen again. She is an asset to flo Gas, so thank you.

Company doing very good. John thomson Was out and he was very polite did very good job very efficient.

Very efficient, easy to understand

I have switched from Calor to Flogas and my switch experience has been so easy. Helen Simon has followed the process through from start to finish. The price is great but the customer service with Flogas is the real deal breaker!

A very positive phone call with Abdullah H about renewing my contract. All very straightforward and helpful.

Ordered without problem and delivered promptly

Didn't help that I had a problem online but Christine Bell was great and the use of WhatsApp was very useful. Would have been 5 stars but for that!

My underground LPG tank installation was successfully completed yesterday as planned. The work was carried out by the Flogas engineer Tony Thomas and his colleague who were courteous and efficient. I would recommend Flogas for customer service.

Delivery driver (John Thomson) was very professional and friendly, treated my property with respect. Excellent service.

Easy to use website. Offering delivery is essential for me so 10 out of 10. Good range of gas bottles/ canisters.
