My experience was satisfactory both Becky and Abdullah was most helpful and efficient all though I did have to make the call to FloGas as the booked appointment for one of their colleagues to ring me failed

Just renewed for my contract for another 2 years with this excellent company. The renewal process was handled by Helen who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

A note to recognise and reflect some truly amazing customer service and support from the FloGas Metered Estates Team - across literally 2yrs in working toward a switch from a competitor (absolutely no fault of FloGas!).

With feedback specifically directed toward Leann Rogers and Roshni Das, these individuals have been absolute stars in their proffesional, helpful and supportive representation of FloGas UK with a naturally warm and friendly manner and, working knowledgeably, efficiently and diligently to do as much as possible to help navigate any challenges and difficulties associated with changing energy supplier.

These are people who conduct themselves with integrity, that care and will go above and beyond to help ‘make it happen’.

I had a problem placing an order via the Flo-gas portal. I used the WhatsApp customer service option to get help and was very efficiently assisted by Christine.
I was very happy with the result.

Seemed very straightforward. Few images required and once supplied, the contract was sent electronically. Shaz was very helpful.

The lady I contacted was very helpful and solved my queries very quickly

The lads that came to do the work were very good. I am well happy with all the work they did Thankyou very much

Called to renew contract and was dealt with by Abdullah H. Sent through confirmation of new contract as discussed on completion of call. Excellent service

Great communication with Roshni, clear and concise information in resolving our concerns.

Ordering process was straight forward. Seems you need to create an account but that's not an issue for me. Email confirmation was received straight away. Only minor issue was that the delivery time was not listed or given in the order confirmation and I live very close to the depot so would have preferred a collection but this was not an option or immediately obvious in the order process how to select collection. Price was also good. I needed a refill of a Campingaz R907 which came to around £52 incl delivery and VAT. A competitor down the road on the A370 was £62 with physical collection

Great communication by Helen Simon which made switching so much easier. Helen explained the process in a clear and concise way

Nathan delivered the gas this morning. He was very efficient, careful (with gates and door) and very friendly - excellent service.

The gas tank and accessories were delivered and installed by Rhys, the HIAB Driver) and Matthew, the Technician.

Both men were polite and very presentable. Their expertise and professionalism were demonstrated in how they carried out the installation, which went very smoothly, and in how they answered queries.

Rhys and Matthew worked very well as a team and liaised easily with the groundsman who was present for backfilling the hole.

I thank Rhys and Matthew for completing an excellent job with matching customer service skills from start to finish.

James (2050) knows where he is going, it’s a difficult location over a golf course. As always, on time sorted the job without the need for my presence and let me know when the delivery was complete. Many thanks

They left the site as though the flags has not been disturb and tidied it up after themselves Brilliant

I have progressed the contract transfer from Calor to Flogas. Mainly due to price, but Calor customer service wasnt great.
Flogas have so far been excellent and Helen supported me from the original pricing to the transfer - which seemed to be totally smooth and sorted behind the scenes. So far so good!

Good team Andy was very helpful and Jay was just the same we're good in explaining what they were doing. Very proficient in there jobs nice to see dedication in what they had to do.

FloGas as a company is very flakey. However , delivery driver Chris is a bloody superstar! He has never let me down and getting to my property is a nightmare 😁

Helen went above expectations when we were thinking of leaving Flogas, she was very helpful and friendly and answered all our questions in a professional way. Helen made us feel valued and not just a number.
