How easy it is to change provider
I changed from pre pay power over it was so easy everything was done through email all I had to do was submit the reading for both gas and esb and it was all sorted.

Very poor Customer Service
Overcharged. Called each week and it’s passed onto the right dept. Well no one is taking ownership to get this resolved. I have moved to a new supplier as I’ve lost confidence in this company. CRU is next (within 5 Days as that’s flogas policy after complaint) and pending that Solicitor.
