Good morning,
Not too much shifts.
I am taking bus public transport and most of the shifts are 20 miles.
Sometimes I got shift already and in last minute they cancelled my shift. I picked shifts within 5 minutes they cancelled.
Thats what I experienced in 2023. Thank you.

Good company to work,simple system,once you get on,you are very much allright with the booking shifts.The payroll works very well,the instant pay is available,payslips can be found easily on the system.

What made my experience great is the care settings I go to. They are great and friendly staff and take the agency workers as their own staff, respect us and part of the team. This makes an experience great. Florence has plenty shifts all the time but like I said before, the rates of pay are so low considering the standards of living now, but this is not florence fault, the care settings rates have been reduced by the care settings I guess due to many COS arriving in the country. Some care settings actually paying their staff more than florence agency and should be the other way round as is an agency. Working for Florence regardleas has an advantage also has online trainings which is Brilliant for staff, free of charge, if you need to speak to customer care, you can get them via live chat or phone and are available straight away, there are many more good things i,e. join florence you get £100 on your first shift, free uniform etc. Florence is great and fabulous agency to work!

Florence agency is well-organized in everything they do as a recruitment agency, you choose where to work and when to work. Florence agency will explain everything about the Home before picking the shift. Thanks.

The company is great with great flexibility. The company should review the salaries and pay mileage as the shifts are no longer near.

I like the ability to get instant pay even though it comes with a charge but I dislike the distant locations..no frequent shifts in Reading town, always need to travel fat. Also florence pay is one of the lowest among agencies. Thank you.

Florence sent me timeous reminders of upcoming shifts.Checking in and submiting timesheets is very easy and user friendly. Payment is very prompt and they also provide payslips.
