Great experience
I ordered the hydraulic pump from them for my tail lift and the item came well packed, installation was easy and when I was not sure I contacted them and they quickly answered. The pump itself it’s great, works reliably and convenient.
I made the mistake and ordered the hydraulic oil from somewhere else and ended up paying a high price so if you want to buy a pump from them, buy the oil too as it’s way cheaper than other places.

no notification of back order
ordered monday - with express next day delivery , no next day delivery - chased wednesday , only to be informed that parts were out of stock and order will be fulfilled in the next couple of days - would have gone elsewhere if the ordering process has informed us of back order stock - now a 2 hour car journey to collect stock from elsewhere

I can only apologise for the delay with your order and that you were not kept informed of the situation. We have a process in place for customers to be contacted when an online order has not been able to be despatched due to a stock issue.
Having spoken to our web team, they have advised that we were due to have a stock shipment arrive on Monday which has not come in until this morning. As the stock was due to arrive the same day your order was meant to be leaving, the order was not flagged for you to be contacted about the stock shortage.

Advertised a replacement engine as in stock. Didn't contact me to advise it was out of stock. Needed to chase, but couldn't advise a lead time. Order cancelled and refunded quickly.
