Worst experience with a company

I could not be more disappointed with the experience we received with Fluid branding.

We ordered 500 books for an event that was 3 weeks away, and they assured me this would be achievable. The problems started from here.
I provided a detailed explanation of the logo positioning, to receive a proof of concept with the logos in completely the wrong positioning and wrong size. It took 3 emails back and forth to finally get this correct.
On the day of the event, I emailed asking to be sent a tracking number as I had not received any communication from the company. Following this, I received an email stating that my order would not be delivered today, and it turned out that the logo stamps hadn't even been ordered to start the design! This was 3 weeks after I placed the order!!

I was horrified by the customer service I received as the company started to put the blame on me saying that the back and forth with the design caused the delays (not my fault), and payment was received late (this was not true either). It turns out that the factory was to blame for the delays, but I never once received an apology from the Fluid team for the way they put the blame on me.
Finally, when we did receive the books, 2 weeks late, I was asked by the company if the orders had all arrived (how did they not know this)? In fact, all orders had not arrived, and I needed to wait a further 5 working days for the remainder of my order.

All in all, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, delays in delivery, and attitude of the reps working at Fluid.

Would not recommend.

Super friendly staff but faulty execution

The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive so I'd give 5 stars for that:) Unfortunately, the execution wasn't great. When I first spoke to Fluid, they guaranteed me a delivery before Christmas but they didn't mention an important step of the process. This, along with an employee's holiday (unannounced) prolonged everything until long after Christmas. I'm aware that I put the order in quite late but Fluid should have been upfront about the fact that a delivery before Christmas wasn't possible instead of making it sound like it would all be fine.
Another topic was the fact that my creative direction was completely misunderstood and the design of the logos was badly executed. So there was a lot of back and forth regarding the creative part which also slowed down the process.
Further, I ordered a few excess bags with a slightly different creative direction. Unfortunately the bags came without any kind of branding. It should be pretty clear to a branding company that a brand won't want swag without a logo so I was very surprised when I saw this.
Also, I was told that the backpacks would be of a high quality which unfortunately is not the case.

Excellent.

We ordered our glasses for a beer festival to commemorate a friend of ours that sadly passed away. Unfortunately we placed our order a little too late and it was looking like we would not get our glasses in time for the festival. However, Ben at Fluid took a personal interest and moved heaven and earth to get the glasses delivered in time. He made a lot of people very happy.

I also have to give massive thanks to Jade who helped us through the design process for the glasses and even got an alternative design for us when our original artwork wasn't quite right.

All in all we were very happy with the service we received from Jade, Ben and everyone at Fluid. The glasses themselves were fantastic and came carefully packaged in individual cardboard boxes.

Smudged and skew logos

Smudged and skew logos, blank products sent instead of finished ones. No accountability, awful returns policy, bad customer service post payment. They promised mistakes were a one off, but they messed up 3 out of 4 orders.
