A bit clunky but its free.

Their website doesn't work, but their app does. While their system has flaws, with offers vanishing despite being underway, I have at least saved a couple of dollars at Coles. A bit of a confusing mess, but it's free and you might save some money, or end up spending more because of deals.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Like so many others I am finding the task of redeeming points an extremely futile exercise.
I can't count the amount of times that I have been asked to describe the issue of not being able to link my FLYBUYS and Virgin Velocity accounts. What is so difficult to understand here?
I agree with another disgruntled customer, If I could rate this program at zero, I would.

My new card letter was amazing - great design/marketing

I'm writing this review about the presentation of the letter which contained the FlyBuys card - it is absolutely amazing. Not sure who works in the marketing department, but they need to get a bonus for this. When I received an envelope, it had "Feels official, doesn't it?" wording on top, and it took my attention straight away - either tax department became funny about their notices or it is a good marketing :) When I opened an envelope it contained a pack of stickers which look nice and is a great add-on. And the card itself was enclosed in a folded paper which on every open stage had words appearing "Today's a good day" -> "Drumroll please" -> "Your flybuys card". So cool! Even though I haven't used the card/program yet - I'm happy somebody makes non-boring mails.

Trying to access my account via the…

Trying to access my account via the "support team" is a complete waste of my time. Dealing with this team is painful, they do not take the time to read or understand what the enquiry is or want to help and resolve the issue, i.e all I want to do is access my account which has many 1000's points collected over a significant period of time. This team do not assist other than back and forth emails with no resolution, I have even had the experience of being informed previously that it was resolved, when it had not been.
My question is, if I cannot access my account then who will benefit from my points?????? or is that the purpose behind not resolving the simple request/issue, the points go elsewhere due to lack of their action to resolve the issue, this results in points remaining with Flybuys?

If I could give Flybuys no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I’m appalled at the way Flybuys have the audacity to collect ALL your personal information and use it to their advantage. You cannot contact them. It’s a relay service. They never contacted anyone to let them know they are now issuing new cards starting with #6014. We knew nothing about that until I went on their website which is pretty dysfunctional. No new cards were ever sent.
My question is? Is Flybuys going to honour the every touch on you always did when you shopped in store or online??Where’s all the points Flybuys?

Considering the fact that Coles and Flybuys are intrinsically linked, it came as an initial red flag when flybuys staff said they can't access anything to do with Coles. I was duped into one of Coles so called rewards offering whereby you had to spend at least 160 per week for 4 week to qualify for a 50 dollar voucher. I did just that and nothing happened. I waited a few weeks and called and emailed flybuys. What a waste of time that is. I'm not sure if it's a prerequisite to be an absolute imbicile with no grasp of English but it sure looks that way. Needles to say, no reward voucher and no outcome from Flybuys after 10 separate contact attempts. I give up. Be warned it's a con!

Sent an email to flybuys on 8/11/2022 They emailed back that they would get back to me in 5 days. All I wanted was to change my email address so as I might access my account. 12 emails later and I was no further advanced. The later emails replied that they would get back to me in 14 days. I have been with flybuys for years and this is the way I am treated. Obviously they do not want you to redeem your points. I’ll stick with Woolworths points are redeemed at the checkout. Flybuys needs to take a close look at their behaviour.

The website basket doesn't work

The website basket doesn't work. I managed to add items to my basket. View basket asks me to verify which it does successfully saying so on a screen with just a blue bar along the top, this is the only clickable thing on the screen and just returns me to the home screen. Click Basked, view, verify... and so on.

Tried a different browser. This time when logging in it asked me to verify my email. I duly clicked the received email it said verified and then returned me to the verify email screen.

Clearly some work to do on your website FlyBuys!

I was having trouble redeeming my flybuys points to dollars online, so I rang them and a lovely man Kareem had me all sorted within 5mins. I could not praise the customer service highly enough, also a special mention to Susan you are both a credit to your team. MERRY CHRISTMAS

flybuys won't help

I used up all my points Plus top with cash and ordered SD card from Noel leeming who gave me a bill for it plus if I don't pay by the 20th Dec will put 1.25% on it monthly! I e-mailed Flybuy but they have not contacted me said 5 days they will? When I went into noel leeming flybuy card wouldn't work, I wasn't in their system, yet it is on the flybuy website. I ordered a flybuy rewards, they wouldn't help! when Noel leeming rang and flybuy still won't. I need them to help by the 20th Dec or I am billed more! Please fly buys step in and tell noel leeming the SD card is a flybuy reward, as they won't listen even when I've showed a print out

Appalling customer service. It's beyond a joke. I wouldnt even call it customer service. You dont get service!
Emails get ignored. Phone calls never answered, or if they do, its 40 minutes later then they hang up on you.

I've been trying to update my mobile number for 2 months now, I've gotten NOWHERE. I've verified all my details and they just stop replying. I've tried to log in since (4-5 times) and still not updated. Contacted again, for the 3rd time 15 days ago, haven't heard from them in 9 days yet their site has the audacity to say they reply in 2 BD.
I've sent them another tonight and if they don't respond, I won't be utilising Flybuys anymore given they don't want me too anyway!!!

Unable to login from Desktop…

Unable to log in using my Windows 11 desktop and Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Just hangs for ages under a 'Device Fingerprint' page label before informing something went wrong and suggesting another try. Login works fine with Android phone app, so the problem is not with my username or PW. And it seems others have had the same issue. In any case, wasted too much time so decided to buy from Myers instead of Catch...

I try to log in from my laptop and all I get is "Device Fingerprint" - what on earth does that mean? - and those three maddening balls. The help facility offers no help at all. Talk about a bad customer interface! This is the worst. Somewhere maybe the IT wizards tested the system and said it worked. Tell them to get real.

Appalling customer service. Trying to link up an old that I have lost with a new card I've been using, but proving impossible. The representative has just told me they have spent enough time on the matter for 2000 points. I advised him, that he is missing the point of customer service, and then he hung up on me!

Flybuys does not allow you to redeem your earned points.

I have over $80 worth of flybuys that I could not cash in due to an 'older version' of the flybuys card.

Flybuys cannot be contacted by phone, and they do not respond to emails.

Dissapointing, theft

I have been trying to redeem my flybuys…

I have been trying to redeem my flybuys dollars on the flybuys website for 3 weeks unsuccessfully! Just keep getting a msg "Oops, an error has occurred please try again later". I am sick of trying again later and I actually want to redeem my points! I do want to speak to someone at flybuys to resolve this issue but I can't find a customer service phone number! Hopeless!! A big fat zero for customer service from me.
