Overall I’m pleased with the flyers but the site wasn’t easy to work and the photo images still have a watermark on them on the printed version which is very disappointing.

Thanks for your review, I'm sorry to hear that your order is not as it should be, the watermarks should not be present on the finished print.
I'm looking into the technical issue that has caused this and have contacted you about re-printing the order.
So far this company has been excellent…
So far this company has been excellent in all the work we have had done. We have supplied our own artwork and the print has turned out very well. We like the fact that a proof is sent before final approval. We will continue to use them

Absolute 0 out of 5 as they have taken my money and so far refused to refund it and not even responded to my second email urging them to get in touch and refund my money for the goods I have cancelled due to there inability to assure me that the edges would be cut without going in to the same artwork that they previously used to supply previous business cards to me.

I can see that there was a delay in processing your refund, for which we appologise, I can see that this was processed on the 15th of April, it can take 7-10 working days to show in your account.

Once again we have used the services of Flyerzone for the production of glossy double-sided full colour flyers and the service and speed as always is 5 star and absolutely excellent.
Both the speed and efficiency of printing production and delivery was amazing. Very fast turnaround. Would highly recommend.
