I haven't bought. I was going to after becoming quite excited to find what I was looking for but very disappointed to be misled about delivery charges. All of your advertisements on google state £7.50 shipping yet looking at your T&Cs it's £7.50... + £5 per 5kg. So at the very minimum it's £12.50. If there is no chance of me getting my item for less than £12.50, don't advertise delivery at £7.50. You are well aware that you won't get half as much traffic to your site with the real prices. The item I wanted to buy is only £8 and I already balked at the £7.50 charge - but would have paid it. £12.50 - no way - but mostly because I feel deceived by your underhand tactics to route people to your site, rather than the actual cost.

Delighted that I found this company. As I hadn’t heard of them I was a bit nervous of using them; however, my order of food from the Netherlands that I can’t get in the UK duly arrived about 1.5 weeks after placing the order and all is well.
Only critique I have is that I did not receive an order confirmation. When I emailed the company, however, I was assured that the order had gone through. An order confirmation and number would have made it better. Still 5* though!

Bought 3 bottles of shampoo, product of Nestle not available in the USA. Ordered through Amazon USA, products shipped from the Netherlands and arrived safely. It took some time but still a great service with great pricing. A happy buy. Thanks for all the assistance.

I ordered now for the 3rd time a box of Balisto Cereal bars which cost me just shy of £26. The first time it was amazing.

The last 2 times I got a box close to expiry date. This time BBD is 8/12/24.
If I would have known this at the time of the order, I would not have placed it.
So they arrived today and I tried one. Straight away I had this horrible stale taste of the milk chocolate in my mouth. I am fussy and don't like things which don't taste 100%. But that is what I am paying for or? I asked for a refund and got a stupid reply as below:
"Thank you for your message.
It's unfortunate that you are not satisfied with the product; however, the product has been opened and tasted by you, so we cannot take it back.

Also, as you mentioned yourself, the item is still within its expiry date and there is nothing wrong with it."

Seriously??

I spent $23 on the Ritter sport coffee duo chocolate bar for my grandmother and the bar came completely melted and it took forever to be delivered. Nothing to protect the chocolate from being melted or anything. Came in a cheap shipping bag and that’s it. Would not recommend

Vreemd bedrijf...Wekenlang doodse stilte nadat ik mijn bestelling had geplaatst en uiteraard betaald. Mijn chats werden volledig genegeerd. Ik had mijn geld al vaarwel gekust en heb Foodworld schriftelijk laten weten dat ik hun "handelswijze" overal waar ik maar kon op internet bekend zou maken. Bijna direct na mijn bericht is mijn bestelling alsnog door Foodworld aan mij verzonden. Ik vraag me nog steeds af of het een met het ander te maken heeft.
Heel onverstandig om dit bedrijf te vertrouwen. Ik zal het dan ook geen tweede keer doen.
Voor iedereen die de bestelling nooit ontvangen heeft: vertel op social media wat je overkomen is. Hou je nauwkeurig aan de waarheid en overdrijf niet! Dat is ook niet nodig. Het is al erg genoeg.

Bestelling gedaan, die niet op voorraad is en ook geen andere leverancier ( toblerone choco mini ) dus na enkele mails wordt er dan maar niet meer gereageerd typisch gevalletje kop in het zand steken.
Mijn advies : zoek even verder naar een ander betrouwbaar bedrijf om problemen te voorkomen.
Nu nog afwachten of ik überhaupt mijn geld terug krijg .!!!!! Dus 1 ster is nog teveel

Auf der Suche nach den Versandkosten stieß ich auch auf eine Antwort zu der möglichen Frage "Warum versenden Sie nicht kostenlos?".
Diese Frage ist völlig überflüssig, denn Dienstleistung kostet Geld. Ganz einfach. Nur aus Neugier schaute ich mir auch die Antwort an.
Ein Teil dieser Antwort besteht aus folgendem Satz: "Außerdem verursachen die vielen Verkehrsbewegungen zusätzliche CO2-Emissionen. Wir hoffen, dass der Verbraucher bewusst in einem Webshop einkauft und keine impulsiven Einkäufe tätigt, denn der Versand ist schließlich "kostenlos"."

Jetzt habe ich doch noch eine Frage: Leben Sie eigentlich davon Ihre Kunden zu einem ideologisch korrekten Kaufverhalten zu erziehen oder leben Sie davon Waren zu verkaufen und damit Gewinne zu erwirtschaften?

Wie dem auch sei, ich habe über dieses wichtige Thema nachgedacht - und werde in einem anderen Webshop bestellen. Der ist zwar nicht günstiger aber sein Versanddienstleister liefert "die letzte Meile" CO2-frei mit Elektrofahrzeugen aus. Jetzt fühle ich mich richtig gut! Das war doch vermutlich das Ziel Ihres Hinweises...oder? ;-)

Bought I bought 1 x Joppie sause 2.5kg, £19.99, they sent me 2 x even thought I emailed, messaged etc, charged me £38.40 postage!!!! So cost me £69.58 for a sauce!!! When I complained told me to send it back at my own expense to Netherlands!!! NOT AT ALL HELPFUL, CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

Wir haben Oliehoorn Mayonaise bestellt und diese hat ein Ablaufdatum vom 11.03.2024.
Finde ich jetzt nicht so gut, da es sich um 900ml handelt.
Wahrscheinlich aus der letzten Ecke gekramt.
