Es werdn nur Daten erhoben, keine bestellung möglich

Bestelling geplaatst, zou einde van de week verzonden worden. Echter nog niets ontvangen. Heb producten nodig voor kinderfeestje. Status is klaar voor verzending.. al een paar dagen. Volgens DHL is zending nog niet ontvangen. Retourformulier op site is niet te downloaden.

Uiteindelijk netjes opgelost, en retourbedrag snel terug gestort

Obvious scam. They don't even have the products they show on their webpage in stock. When inquiring about this, they will tell you they have already contacted their supplier for restocking and will ship the goods within x amount of days. After those days have elapsed, the goods are still not shipped. Never again. Order from Amazon instead.

Die Bestellung wurde innerhalb weniger Tagen geliefert. Es war alles super verpackt. Kann ich sehr gut weiter empfehlen.

Bestellt und nach 3 Tagen alles angekommen, sogar früher als der Kundenservice mir mitgeteilt hat.

Ich habe extra bei Foodworld-XL ein 5er Pack BBQ Soße bestellt, weil es im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern trotz hinzukommen Versandkosten von 7,74€ noch günstiger war. Nach 5 Tagen habe ich eine Teilrückerstattung bekommen, ohne Info was nun nicht mitgeliefert wird. Von 5 BBQ Soßen wurden nur 2 geliefert, Rest war nicht mehr da. Und genau die Soße wo es mir rauf ankam war natürlich nicht mit dabei. Also unterm Strich.. ich bin sehr unzufrieden und es ist mir nun doch viel teurer wie bei anderen Anbietern gekommen! Ich bestelle dort nicht wieder.

Product was niet meer leverbaar. Na mailcontact van de leverancier werd een goed vergelijkbaar product geleverd.
Netjes verpakt, zodat het onderweg niet kan breken.

Na 5 dagen nog geen levering ontvangen. Wel een mail ontvangen met status voltooid. Contact opgenomen en het blijkt dat deze mail betekend dat FW-XL de bestelling heeft gezien.
Blijkt het artikel niet op voorraad te zijn. Vraag waarom er geen bericht is gestuurd met deze opmerking was het antwoord: "Daar is het bedrijf niet op ingericht en hebben we geen personeel voor."
Bedrag retour laten storten, verwachting is dat dit ongeveer 3 dagen duurt voor het geld op mijn rekening staat.
Slecht doe zeker geen zaken weer met Foorworld XL!

Not a scam but terrible service. If you order something you will not know when your order will arrive. They automatically send track n trace codes that are not valid and it could be that your order arrives in 1 week or that it will arrive in 1 month. Had to cancel my order because after 2 weeks of waiting and 1 week of no information I was told that they MIGHT have my order.

I actually looked up reviews before ordering from these people and was a little hesitant, but since I used paypal, I was pretty confident, I could get my money back if I'd end up getting scammed.

So I placed an order, picked a delivery service and paid. After a few days I got an email, giving me a tracking number and saying my order is now finished. Great. I waited 1-2 days, then checked the tracking and it said the number couldn't be found. Waited another few days, as sometimes it takes a while for the tracking to work. But still nothing, so I contacted customer service and I received a quick reply. They admitted that the items I ordered were out of stock and nothing has been shipped yet...

Why would they send me an email with a FAKE tracking number and claim to have fulfilled my order?? That is... wow. So I asked exactly that and they apologized and said they'll get new stock in a few days and will send out my stuff immediately. I said, if that doesn't happen, I'll open a claim on paypal - at least they immediately offered a refund and said there's no need to open a claim and if I want a refund, they'd send it to me.

I waited until they said they'd actually ship it and I did receive an email on that day with a working tracking number.

So in the end I received my order after almost 3 weeks (19 days since I placed the order, to be exact) and the items are genuine and the best before date is January next year, so about 4 months, which is good.

All in all - yes, I did receive my order in a timely manner and the products were good and had enough date on them, but I find it very disturbing that this company lies to customers and deliberately sends emails with fake tracking numbers, claiming to have fulfilled the order when in reality they're out of stock and nothing has been send out yet. I wonder if they would've fulfilled my order afterall if I had not contacted customer service?

I don't think I'll use them again in the future. That way of making business is not something I want to support...

I ordered something I could only get in Europe. I was nervous…The item was back ordered which made me even more nervous but the customer service got back to me right away and I received my item in a very timely manner considering.

Bestelling ging vlot. In het beging heb ik (automatische) e-mails ontvangen over de status van bestelling. Ineens een e-mail met ‘voltooid’ status ontvangen. Geen woord over de status van de levering. Klantenservice gaf aan dat ‘voltooid’ betekent gereed voor de verzending. In mijn geval binnen 1 of 2 dagen. Mijn bestelling is wel tijdig geleverd. Bestelde sauzen zijn ruim 1 jaar houdbaar wat ik zeker ok vind.

De vier sterren geef ik omdat het verzenden proces een onduidelijk stap heeft. Verder ben ik tevreden.

Bad customer service. Nobody answers to anything and the shipping is expensive. Money lost.
