Do not be fooled by this website. Looks legit but no customer service what so ever! Wish I had come on here first before ordering but hindsight is a wonderful thing!
If you get stuck, call the bank and ask for a retail dispute if they aren't able to raise fraud.

Despite previous reviews i've used this company for years and had little to no issues. Unfortunately like all companies during the pandemic, especially my line of work we have struggled with stock!

Like everyone else here - not supplied ordered items for three months. Reply to first email to say “logistical delays” but should be shipped “next week”. Every subsequent email ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM

They are clearly a con. There is no intent to supply anything they have sold.

These people are crooks!

Ordered Hummel shorts and socks for my son on the 11th May, chased by phone a few weeks later and assured that it would be on its way by the end of the week - never arrived. Chased by phone twice since then, left voicemails and emailed twice. It's now 2nd August and still no kit or refund. Awful company, awful customer service, do not waste your money!

Placed an order 23rd Aug for 4 pairs of hummel shorts. No confirmation email, no response from emails sent. Only wished I had read the reviews. Disappointed

Worse company that we’ve had the misfortune of dealing with.
Worth noting that the so called sales director, Mike Blythe is on LinkedIn.
Definitely worth posting your experiences on there, that may provoke a response???
Spread the word, to try and expose this company, hopefully people will read the reviews before buying??

Please don't order from these guys. Don't be fooled by the professional website. Took over £600 of money that's taken us a long long time to raise. As it tends to do in junior grassroots football. Have been fobbed off at every step, with excuses such as the graphic team have been away, or one chap not been in the office. That was about 6 weeks ago when we placed the order, never answer phone, when they do reply to emails they get your hopes up then they go quiet. I managed to get a WhatsApp contact for them off Facebook. When they eventually replied they asked me to get better graphics for the sponsers logo, I did that and then have been ignored since. If they are struggling to complete orders why they can't be honest about it I'm not sure. I'm speaking to my bank tomorrow to see if they can help. If not I will be making the 4 hour drive down there to meet face to face to get our hard earned money back. You have been warned folks. I can't put zero stars but if I could I would

Order a football shirt from here which wasn't delivered. I then sent an email asking for information which was not replied to. Dreadful company.
