I placed an order for 60+ personalized…
I placed an order for 60+ personalized pens for my nurse students on 11/17. I thought this would be plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. I emailed for a guesstimate of shipping. No response. Today is December 11th and I’m still waiting, still no communication from the company, yet they promptly took my money. I’ve purchased before, but never again.

Personalized Pencils and Pens for your Pupils
I have used For Teachers Only many times. Usually to order personal pencils for students as Christmas gifts. I make sure I order early, and they arrive before Christmas.

I was charged for an order that did not go through on the website
I placed an order and was charged but the order did not complete on the company’s end. I did not get a confirmation email. When I spoke with an agent, he advised that there was an issue with the website. The agent walked me through placing a purchase order but I still did not get a confirmation email. I placed the order on 11-28-25, which means my order should have arrived today. I was told when I called in again that my order will 5 to 7 days later. I feel like my order was not placed until I called in for the second time.
The company needs to make customers aware of website issues. I was told by the first agent that I would have not known about my order not going through if I had not called in. People may get charged for ordered that they never receive. Also, please don’t change the shipping arrival date. I could have selected another company that would have shipped my order on time.

The shipping was quick! I was surprised how fast it was. The pencils arrived with the correct names on them and in good quality. The mugs I purchased were packaged safely. All items were identical to listing photos.

Larger prints needed
I have bought from this company for years and will continue to.
The personalized pencils and bookmarks were great.
With my most recent purchase however, the printed names on the pens were much smaller than before and affected the overall aesthetic.

Great Shopping Experience
The prices are very reasonable. I was also able to use a discount for my items. I ordered sets of personalized pencils, and they were all printed correctly and delivered in plenty of time for the holiday break.

I order pencils with each student's name on three pencils for Christmas. The pencils are always there favorite and they use them until the pencil can't be sharpened anymore.

I've been using FTO/Atlas for years. My students' faces light up when they realize that the pencils and pens have THEIR names on them :) Ordering has become super easy, and delivery is always prompt :)

I was not sent the correct product
I was not sent the correct product. I ordered the pack of 144 pencil top erasers, and instead received a 12 pack of Erase Away your OOOPs erasers. Not enough for my students. I also emailed this to your company and have received no message in return.
