Wonderful quality, wonderful service
I've been getting personalized pencils (and other things) from For Teachers Only for well over a decade. The order is always on time and accurate. One time when I did need help correcting something (MY error, not theirs) the staff I talked to on the phone have bent over backwards to help me resolve my issue. Highly recommend!

My experience was great
My experience was great, except I was in a time crunch and it took a couple days for someone to get back to me about a mistake I made. While I was waiting, I went ahead and ordered what I needed, but I had to order $30 worth of what I didn't really want just to get new pencils. It is fine, but I really wish I could have heard from someone sooner to be able to get my pencils ordered and not have to spend the $30 minimum.

20 years of awesomeness!!
We are going on our 20th year of ordering personalized pencils. I could not say enough about how great For Teachers Only has been! Each year we order between 130 - 150 pencil packs. Rarely is there an issue and when there is it is fixed and sent out right away. The kids LOVE having pencils with their names on them and we love that they have pencils to use when we get back from Christmas Break!

Part of my order was missing in the shipment. I sent an email immediately and it took 6 days for someone to respond to me. Now I sadly won’t have all of my Xmas presents for my students in time. 😟

Not impressed
I've ordered personalized pencils for more than 30 years. I have had very few problems.
This year my order was sent twice. I called and was offered a 50% discount to keep the extra set of pencils. Instead, I decided to sent them back, and was sent a return tag. I was not impressed with the person that helped me.

The pencils are fine
The pencils are fine. Customer service is not. I could not apply a coupon that was emailed to me. I reached out to customer service via email because it was after hours. I received an email back saying they would credit me the coupon value. Then I got a second email saying they were “recalling” the previous message. I am not sure what that means. I aslo got a message saying my invoice would be in the box with my order, but the order was paid in full. I was never sent a tracking number. My experience with the pencils was fine, but communication was confusing.

I placed an order for 60+ personalized pens for my nurse students on 11/17. I thought this would be plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. I emailed for a guesstimate of shipping. No response. Today is December 11th and I’m still waiting, still no communication from the company, yet they promptly took my money. I’ve purchased before, but never again.
