For the past 14 years I have gotten the three pack pencils for my daughter’s kindergarten class they love them! So cute and they see their names on them.

Personalized pencils for our students
We ordered personalized pencils for our students as a stocking stuffer. The pencils came quickly. I made a mistake on one name and called to ask about ordering another. Customer service was awesome, quickly got my order replaced at no charge. Our students were so excited about the pencils, especially those with unique names or spellings.

Shopped around and found ForTeachersOnly. Pencils came exactly as shown in the example. Five stars! Recommendation: I would have loved to move my custom text from the center of the pencil to right justified, closer to the eraser, so that the text is visible longer as the pencil is used.

Not charged for accident!
I have to admit that when I received the shipment I got very nervous and immediately double checked my order. There were accidentally 5 times the order that I had placed, so I freaked out because I would never be able to pay for that. I see by now that I was not charged for the accident, so I am very relieved.

I love the pencils I ordered for my…
I love the pencils I ordered for my class but I was disappointed that they didn't arrive in time to give before Christmas break. I ordered on Dec. 6 and was assured that my order would be received by December 18 but the didn't. I'll still order pencils for future classes but do so much earlier.

Top Notch Customer Service
I ordered the personalized pens back in November for my class. It got to be the 16th of December and I still had not received the pens.
I called about the order. A rush was put on the order and they were shipped to me overnight. I received the pen packs on the 18th of December. Just in time!
I truly appreciate your company for doing this.
I am a long time customer in my former school district and will continue to be where I am now.

Horrible experience this year
1. It took three weeks and didn’t arrive in time
2. When it did arrive the day before the last day of school, it was completely wrong - all the names were from someone else’s class. Useless - threw them away
3. When I called “customer service” I got left on hold over an hour before they went home for the night leaving me on hold and never even picking up (and yes I called before the business hours were over for the day)
4. Left a message that was not returned or acknowledged
5. Pens arrived the next day when I was already at work - merry Christmas kids I have nothing for you because it’s sitting on my front porch
Worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been using them for years - they’ve gotten slower and worse customer service year after year
