I ordered early and even though it still took longer to receive my order than expected, it came in plenty of time for me to give out to my students. The students LOVED the personalized 3 pack of pencils, many sharpening them to use right away.

Always accurately personalized, no matter what the name!
45 sets of personalized pencils were all engraved accurately. They promptly and to my satisfaction helped with a problem with my order. I have used them for many years for personalized pencil gifts for students in my classroom and have never had an issue with engravings.

Disappointed for the second year in a row!
For the second year in a row, I ordered in plenty of time (way before the deadline), and my pencils did not arrive before winter break. I had nothing to gift my students on the last day of school. I have ordered from this company for about 20 years, but I think I will be done after the second year of disappointment. It’s December 30, and I still don’t have my pencils!

Company sent me two sets of pencils…
Company sent me two sets of pencils when I only wanted one. There was a problem with ordering so my credit card had been taken but the woman on the phone said no order had placed so I was told to place order again. I was sent a second invoice. After speaking on the phone to a gentleman I have been told to keep second order and I will not be charged. I am happy with this resolution.

Slow delivery
I have an item that I messed up on in my order and I emailed immediately when I received the order and I have yet to hear back. Also, I have ordered every year for many years now, and this was the longest it has taken to get my order. I did not receive half of the order and since all of it was Christmas presents I was only able to gift half before the holidays.

I never received my order of personalized pens for my class. I called 2 weeks after I had ordered and heard nothing from them, and the person I spoke to told me they would put them in for overnight shipping. It’s been well over a month now and I never received the pens or any more communication from the company. I was super excited to give these to my students, but unfortunately wasn’t able to. Will be using a different company moving forward for sure
