My fault?
I ordered customized pencils for my students for Christmas. I order these every year over Thanksgiving weekend so that they will arrive by Christmas. This year I ordered 73 sets. When the pencils arrived just before winter break there were only 71 sets. I checked to make sure that I not omit any names, but I did enter all 73 (name set 1 and 41 were missing). I called their customer service and they were quick to resend the two new ones that should be there when I return next week. When I asked if they would overnight ship them so all of my students would have a gift, they said they would not. When I said what do I tell the two students that don't get a gift they told me, "tell them it isn't entrely your fault". It was 100% there fault and I was very disappointed that they did not send them overnight or give me some sort of credit for a mix up on their end.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the way the expedited shipping conversation came across. The intent was to explain that, due to timing and your location, overnight shipping would not have resulted in delivery before winter break—but we understand how disappointing and stressful that was in the moment, especially when it affected two of your students. The wording used did not reflect the care and accountability we strive for, and we take full responsibility for that miscommunication.

Ordering glitch
There was a payment processing glitch while I was ordering my gifts which caused me to have enter the names for my personalized gifts twice, which resulted in two orders. I called customer service and received a call after the weekend that cleared that issue. I've been ordering personalized pencils for my student for years and I've noticed the past two years that the printing on the pencils hasn't been up to the quality I've received in the past. However, I will continue to order because the excited look on my students's faces when they see their name on the pencils is priceless!

Absolutely love this product as a gift for my students. Doing it for many many years now. Although I give them a 5 star rating for all the years, this is the first year that we had to remove them from the bags provided as about half of the plastic red bags were ripped. Please work on that for next year. Thanks
