Mostly very good
I have bought personalized pencils from this site for students for MANY years now. This year, I tried to order a different type - red round pencils. I received the usual orange, blue, and green hexagonal pencils. The names were all printed correctly, so it wasn't a big deal. One other thing is the 1 pencil had no graphite inside of it.

Disappointing Deliveries
My order was split into two deliveries without much detail in my email communication. Also, when I did receive my class set of Personalized Pen Pouches, the packing slip stated I had 22 items in the package when I only received 21, causing me to not give a Xmas gift to one of my students. I emailed customer service and never received a response. Sadly, this has happened before in the past.

The personalized pencils, rulers and "Oops" erasers were great. Unfortunately the pencil sharpeners I ordered did not come. I received "nose shaped" pencil sharpeners. Usually everything is very good

Good Quality Product, Too Many Technical Errors
A technial issue did not allow my order to go through the first time. I had to call and then was told to place my order again. I then received an invoice that I owed money and both orders were sent to me. I called again and was told to send back the second order.
The product was good quality, but having to call twice to correct errors was not ideal.

The company sent me my Christmas…
The company sent me my Christmas pencils with names that were not my students. I ordered 41 sets of pencils as gifts for my students. I have been ordering for at last 8-9 years. I was definitely not satisfied with the agent that I spoke with about this. I feel like I should have better accommodated. You really should offer to remake them free of charge. I had to scramble to find some last minute junk to give.

Many Problems with our Order
We ordered 77 sets of pencils for our students at Christmas. When we got our order, all the pencils were personalized incorrectly. Also, they didn't give us the discount with the promo code. I had to call, and they agreed to send a new set of pencils. We did get a new set. However, the next day we got another new set and were charged again. I had to call again. They said they would take care of the charge. They wanted us to send back the 2 boxes that we didn't need. They emailed me the labels, but there was only one. I had to call again telling them to email me another label. They weren't open yet, so I emailed. Shortly after, they emailed me another label. It is ridiculous that we had to mail them back. What are they going to do with personalized pencils? What a waste of our time and of UPS! In all fairness with all the trouble this has caused, we should be refunded all of our money. We are most likely going to look into another company next Christmas.

You’re absolutely right that the initial personalization error and the multiple follow-ups should not have happened, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and extra time you spent resolving it. While we’re glad replacement pencils were sent, the duplicate shipment, additional charge, and return-label confusion clearly added to your frustration—and that’s on us.
To address one specific concern you raised: returned personalized or misprinted items are not wasted. We intentionally reuse and repurpose these items by offering them later as misprinted bulk products at deeply discounted prices for customers who don’t need personalization. This helps reduce waste and allows schools and organizations to save, which is why we do request returns in certain situations. That said, we understand how the process felt unnecessary and inconvenient from your perspective and appreciate you sharing these concerns with us.
We're disappointed that this experience fell short of the level of service you deserve. Your feedback has been shared internally so we can continue improving our processes and communication moving forward.
