Terrible experience again, I have been a customer for 20 years and in the last 6 years the quality of the food has gone way down, I ask for extra tomato sauce and don't get any, when I ring and ask why no extra sauce they say there is extra sauce and if I want more say extra extra sauce, and when I do I get the same sauce as the first, this happens every time so from now on i will order with apache.ie at least they know what extra sauce means

I spent excess of €55 in the greystones branch last night, I purchased 4 pizzas and 2 sides. The man who worked there gave me one garlic sauce from which you choose with the side, I asked for more due to the amount of food I have purchased, he reluctantly gave me 2 more, I then again asked for a couple more due the amount of food I had purchased. He then proceeded to ask me for €1.50 extra. Disgraceful customer service. Will never return to any 4 star after this.

I ordered a medium "Veg Out" pizza from 4 Star Pizza in Carrigaline yesterday, and it was, without a doubt, the worst pizza I have ever had. The disappointment began with a 30-minute delay in delivery. While they offered four extra cookies for my children as a form of compensation, this gesture unfortunately did not make up for the poor quality of the meal that followed.
Upon opening the box, I was dismayed to find that the pineapple pieces had simply been scattered on top of the pizza after it was baked, rather than being cooked with it. The pineapple was raw, which made it tough and unpleasant to eat, especially for my children who struggled to chew it. A pizza's toppings should be integrated and baked into the pizza itself, not added as a raw afterthought.
I have uploaded a picture to show exactly how the pizza arrived. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be ordering from here again.

My daughter ordered six pizzas including a rice based one for her birthday party and the store cancelled the rice based one 20 minutes before the delivery was due. The only option she was given was to cancel the entire order or get a regular base which meant the gluten intolerant person was left with nothing.
This was very disappointing as the order had been placed 24 hours in advance and there was no need to leave it to the last minute to inform her. There was no form of compensation offered and the order was over 30 minutes late arriving.
Very poor service!
Would avoid this company.

The person that made the new website may well be woeking for a competitor. 20 mins or so to order and ended up calling it in. It is literally not possible to pay money for pizza using the new website. Rest assured that all your outlets are literally burning money because of the AWFULL website.
