Buying a car in a stress free environment
The lady who dealt with my enquiry at the Manchester branch of FOW, Sarah Kirkham, was brilliant. Everything was explained nice & clearly from start to finish. Everything that was needed to be done to the car was finished by the collection time. A pleasant experience all round.
I had to drop some paperwork off at FOW Winsford the day after & all the staff there were very helpful & polite. Again, very happy with everything 😊

First class service. Noticed a small noise from the car. After care could not have been better. Booked everything in locally for me. All sorted with no problems. Even the garage commented on how on the ball they were!

VW Passat
This is our fourth purchase from FOW, we have always had excellent service. Harry was particularly helpful, he seemed very helpful and knowledgeable.
However there was quite a damp smell in the car that I mentioned, it seemed to get worse on the drive home. I tracked it down to wet mats.
The car drives nicely and very pleased with it.

AVOID dealing with this company.. such a joke
If I could give this rating a no star I would. From the day we picked our car up there was issues, not being cleaned on connection (filthy). Had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned, windows wouldn't go down, big dent, scratch on the door that wasn't there when we agreed to buy it, light inside didn't work, window spray on window wipers didn't work. So hard to be sent back in after a week to be sorted, took 2 weeks to do that. Then it went in again for other minor faults, so had to go in again. Now there's an electrical error that nearly made us break down on the motorway. And they've had our car for 4 weeks so far. They told us they couldn't find the fault, then 3½ weeks later said it was done and just waiting on a test drive. That was Wednesday and it's now Monday the week after still no test drive. They still have our car now.. Tried to reject the car as we have had so many problems with it and we've only had the car for just over 3 months. Please AVOID dealing with this company. Beyond a joke

Some much stock, it's almost a tourist attraction
Huge stock of vehicles to choose from and easily accessible to view and look inside.
Staff are readily available to advise and guide you through the purchase of your chosen vehicle.
Was assisted by Danny Keam, a proper down-to-earth salesman who was more than happy to answer any and all questions put to him and advise on the best way to purchase the vehicle. All of which made the process so much easier. Thank you, Danny.

Excellent Customer Service and Sales
Overall quite a good experience. The Web site is easy to follow, Customer Service was excellent, the CS rep we had was Debby who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and got back to me with questions I had about the car very quickly. The car we chose was reserved for us (without a deposit) and we viewed the next day. Once we made up our minds the salesman, Euan was very understanding, pleasant and friendly without being pushy. We picked up the car 3 days later after it had been valeted and serviced (service book stamped!) and after final paperwork was handed over we drove off. I must add that we part exchanged our old car and got a realistic discount against our new car. Please note, the price you see is the price you pay, no wiggle room so don't be disappointed if you are refused further discount.
