Ryan and Lana were very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. All queries both before and after sale were dealt with efficiently. I am very pleased with the car and the company.

A large well organised car sales business that holds a vast amount of stock. From what I saw the stock is of good quality with plenty of choice. I made a pre booked appointment which allowed for a smooth no fuss experience with a knowledgeable member of the sales team. There is a fair bit of paperwork to do but that is for the customers benefit and guided through the process by the sales executive.
Ellie Pierce was professional and helpful throughout the process she also showed a lot of product knowledge when dealing with me.
In short a trustworthy well organised business. Would I use FOW again.Absolutely.

Helpful staff and quite fast turn around for part-exing and buying our new (second hand) car.

Car developed a fault a few weeks after purchase from FOW, this was outside the standard 30 day warranty window. I was very impressed with how Millie handled the issue, they found a local garage quickly who could carry out a diagnostic check and then arranged for main dealership to fix the fault. I was kept informed at all times and provided with a helpful and professional service. I have purchased a couple of cars from FOW and this kind of service will certainly encourage me to remain a loyal customer. Thanks Millie!

Absolutely disgraceful place selling a £20 grand car with engine light saying it will be fixed & we booked it in a few months later and said said ye it’s fixed , then in September the same issue occurred in which we rang rac warranty we booked it in the garage we were told the dpf just needs a clean lo and behold it was much more than that cause of there mechanics not doing there job properly which was going to cost 1000 pound out of pocket and fow was arguing with us & not giving us proper customer service saying how could they tell it was us when 140g soot doesn’t get there from driving on the motorway. No compensation nothing! Thank god we had warranty cause of their stupid mistakes.

We will never be buying a car from them again!!!

Ellie is an absolute asset to the business, cracking sense of humour and really makes the buying process easy, knowing when to ask the relevant people if unsure and will always seek clarity if she needs it. My buying process was delayed due to her dealing with another customer and another member of staff made sure I was informed of this, which I felt was nice that people work together. Not something you see much publicly these days.

No pressure whatsoever from her like some dealerships would do; and a smooth process from start to finish with my Skoda Superb, which I’m already impressed with in the short time I’ve had it for.

Couldn’t have had a better process for buying the car and the choice available on site left me torn between the Superb or going back to my younger days with the Octavia vRS.

Very happy with the car I have purchased, I mainly want to highlight how phenomenal my sales rep was - Chloe Court. She had told me she was new to the role but she could have fooled me! She was extremely professional and educated on the job and how things worked, if there was something she didn’t know she handled it quickly and efficiently. Chloe was easy to get hold of via email and very attentive to any extra requirements when I asked for the car to be looked over. She seemed just genuinely kind and not pushy or demanding for extras which some reps can be, I appreciated this a lot. She was running a little behind when I went to collect the car but she kept me informed and was apologetic at every stage - she will go far in this role I am sure of it. Thanks again Chloe! Price advertised on the website was the same as in the stock list so all good I thought, but when the final bill came it had increased by £100, not much in the grand scheme of things but poor and sloppy from fow not to keep these lists and website up to date, duty manager didn’t want to know once you are committed, so check prices once sat down with the sales person.

We had another fantastic experience with Fords of Winsford. Rebecca was helpful and thorough, resolving queries and getting us on our way with our lovely new car! Competitive prices and high quality, non-pushy service. Highly recommend FoW.

After initially buying a Kia sorento from here, it developed faults almost immediately, I got in contact with the after care team who did everything possible to help. They even pulled another 7 seater off the pitch as a courtesy car for me as that’s what I needed. Sadly in the end I decided the Kia wasn’t for me so they allowed me to exchange it for a different car. The process was very quick. I took my new car to a local garage to give it a check over for peace of mind and it needed a new break pipe. Aimee S authorised the work to be done by the other garage quickly to ensure the car is 100%.

Aimee S kept in touch with updates constantly. Her people skills are Amazing, she deserves a bonus for the amount of Emails and phone calls that I received with the updates. X

⚠️ FORDS OF WINSFORD – MY EXPERIENCE ⚠️
I honestly wish I had never bought a car from Fords of Winsford.
What should have been a straightforward car purchase turned into an exhausting and extremely stressful experience.
I raised concerns about the vehicle, including its preparation, cleanliness, service history, brakes, tyres, paperwork and the way I was treated when collecting the car. I provided photographs, documents and a witness statement to support my complaint.
Despite all of this, after months of correspondence, my concerns have still not been resolved and my request to return the vehicle and receive my money back has been refused.
I have spent far too much time chasing a company that I believed would stand behind the vehicles it sells.
Their final response has left me extremely disappointed.
Based on my personal experience, I would NOT recommend Fords of Winsford to anyone.
In fact, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
If you're thinking of buying a car from them, please do your own checks, get EVERYTHING promised in writing and don't assume that because you're buying from a large dealer, everything will be as you are told.

I made numerous attempts to have my concerns properly addressed. After lengthy correspondence, my request to return the vehicle and receive a refund was refused. The company's final response only partially upheld aspects of my complaint and maintained a £100 goodwill offer towards an additional key.
I am extremely disappointed with both the experience of purchasing the vehicle and the way my subsequent complaint was handled.

This is the second car I've purchased from FOW Trafford Park. They offer a great range of vehicles at very reasonable prices, and I received excellent service from Mike, who made the entire process very easy. I would definitely use them again.

We enquired about a new family car we liked the look of on FOW’s website. Within a few minutes they rang me to book a viewing and test drive. On arrival I viewed the car and met staff member Thomas, he was great and took us out for a test drive. The whole process was easy and we never felt pressured into anything. He was clear and knowledgeable about the car and sale process. He sorted our part exchange and we also noted a couple of issues we had with the new car and sent it to get fixed. We then came a few days later to complete the purchase and pick up our new car. All of the issues were fixed and the car was in lovely condition. We’re so happy with our new car and the whole experience with FOW was great. We’d 100% recommend them and Thomas in particular was brilliant at his job.
