I never received my order
I never received my order. The WhatsApp number I got on the email didn't belong to anyone affiliated with Fragrance Deliver SA. I then asked to choose another item, it took forever for them to respond. I have asked for a refund and I am still waiting.

Apologies for the rought experience, we do note that you ordered 2 of the same item, one was delivered, the other order, item was out of stock - we did immediately ask you if you would like an alternative - we unfortunately did not receive any further correspondence around a reufnd, however i do see it has been actioned on our side and awaiting banking details on the payfast gateways side. Your service was excellent. Unfortunately the product is not 100% original. The sent is very close yes. Packaging colours not the same as original, plastic cap that was broken, not the same lid.
