Waited in for parcel delivery on the day the email said for it not to come, so had to go and collect one hour waiting for them to find it and im still here, do not pay for delivery because u wont get your money back when something goes wrong.

Prices excellent and quick delivery

I found the perfume I wanted on fragrance expert the cheapest with free delivery. It arrived sooner than I expected. Very pleased and will definitely use next time I'm out of my favourite smell

Not happy with paying for next day delivery with a hour slot. To be told it will be delivered between 8am and 4pm for it to be delivered at nearly 6pm. Having taken the day off loosing me £200. The money saved by purchasing here wasn't worth it. Had I known it was going to be 6pm I could have been at work all day or if they had given a hour slot I could have popped home. Probably won't use again
