DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have paid for the company to help obtain a French visa appointment slot. The company does not respond to any email in a timely manner. After waiting for 1 month, they still have not helped me getting a slot. I understand that it might be difficult to get one. But company's service is absolute horrible and does not refund even if they failed to get a slot.

they’ll assist you in the beginning, once you paid them, you’re on your own
No answering of queries, can’t call and just unhelpful afterwards
And yeah, I couldnt get France Visa so I needed to pay the higher rate (which is going somewhere and express— 3x higher as the France visa)

I have waited nearly a month for them to get me an appointment for France. They kept promising me and last minute they said they couldn't get any appointments and gave me the option to go for Netherlands and reassured me that I will get the visa back in a week time. I haven't got my visa back from the embassy and I had to cancel the whole trip. I trusted these guys so much and really believed all the good reviews. Please try to book appointments directly, do not use agents as you going to end up paying so much. I paid so much and i ended up with nothing.

Plenty of appointments shown on their website, but all wrong information.

Booked appointment on their website more than a month priorly. No contact from their side. Waited for a month till the travel date and still no appointments booked with TLS.

Finally postponed my plan after 3 weeks and still no update, have to cancel that as well.

During 50 days of time, I don’t received any updates from agency, when I followed up only only answer, “we will let you know”

Filed dispute with Paypal, so agency offered 50% refund for doing nothing, can you imagine??

Thanks to Paypal for issuing full refund.

All in all, worst agency don't trust them or ruin your plan.

Excellent customer service France visas company

I applied for my France visa with them, it was the best experience. I got my appointment within two days and then they helped me with the list of documents and even cross verified the documents. after the appointment the embassy people told me it will take around 20 days for the visa processing but these people helped me to get my visa in 6 days itself. I will surely recommend their services

They are the same scammers behind dubaivisas.org.uk, it’s actually an Indian woman in Wembley pretending to be Jerry or Roger. They stole £229 from me for a Dubai visa and haven’t delivered for three months now.

They misspelled my name on the application and then claimed it was my nationality that was the issue and not the name! Then they had the audacity to send me a doctored PDF with the spelling fixed in English but because the scammers can’t read Arabic, that was still the same!

I was under extreme stress for a whole month and had to book a flight with Emirates and use their service to get a visa within a day! Do not waste your time and money! All of the positive reviews are paid for with new single review profiles.

Update: I’m now disputing the transactions on PayPal and hopefully PayPal will issue a refund.

Everything was handled smoothly in an efficient manner. I had a good experience and will recommend to others as well.

It's a very reliable company. I got appointment in 3 days and got my visa in 3 more working days that was really quick thanks for the help .just want to say a single thing please talk properly to the customers because at first it was really not a polite way to talk atleast if we are paying we expect a good formal behavior but anyways my work was done quick so I am happy with the service.

I applied for a visa for Portugal and received an appointment the next day. The services were smooth and all questions were answered via email.

Just to let you all know that this company is based in India/Pakistan. They request payment via PayPal which I found to be odd. Once you foolishly pay them, they will hound you for a screenshot hahaha. I'm giving France Schengen Visa a 4/5 review so others can come across my honest review. P.S - They obviously now hold my personal details. Also, they email pretending to be Jerry or Sandra which are obviously not their names. Be careful people!

EDIT: They will tell you they are based in Wembley/London which is a lie. A lady will answer pretending you have the wrong number once you raise suspicions.

Edit on 2/11/21: They emailed me last night after noticing the review asking me what I 'found suspicious' and asked me to confirm who 'laughed' and to be 'informed that we ask for a screenshot to confirm if we never said we will not help you or your money is gone'.

No legitimate company asks for screenshots and payments via an unsecured Paypal. No legitimate company tells a customer their money is 'gone'.

I am entitled to my review which I believe will save many others time, hassle and money.

I love the service. They made my life easier! I highly recommend your service to all my friends!
