Desaster!
You send my passport back to the wrong address. Onl the ZIP code and the village was correct. Just by luck, the post officer asked me if I expect "something" from UK. For a document like a passport not acceptable!

Thanks for your feedback. However, we did not send your passport to the wrong address.
After checking our records, we have found that we have used correct full address and contact telephone number which was provided by you on a return address form. We have sent you a copy of your return address request form, which exactly matches the address on the air waybills.
You have kindly acknowledged this and promised to delete this review. Thanks
