Neil and his team are swift to flag any changes in legislation, to spot any potential anomalies and are timely and cheerful in their communications. During their tenure Lucia and her colleagues have, without exception, sourced good tenants from all over and of all ages and persuasions. Of equal importance to us is their responsiveness to daily maintenance issues arising at our characterful though sometimes challenging property: always calm, always reassuring, they have a trusted team of contractors to hand. We came to sell our investment property in Bloomsbury and invited three local estate agents to provide a valuation and tell us about their service.
