I can’t recommend Zak highly enough! As someone who had never rented before, I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but Zak made it completely stress-free. He was incredibly responsive and always communicated clearly, walking me through every step so I never once felt confused or misled. He’s genuinely kind, great at his job, and made the experience so easy and reassuring. Thanks to his guidance, efforts, and expertise, we now have a brilliant new home that we can’t wait to move into, and he’s a big reason we were so drawn to it. We’re truly grateful for everything he did and would recommend him to absolutely everyone!

I recently moved into my flat. A couple of days after moving in, I encountered some issues with the flat and contacted my agent, Salv. Thankfully, for his prompt support and responses, contractors were contacted, and the issues were resolved hassle-free.

When I found my current flat, he followed up immediately after the viewing, and kept me posted about the landlords decision after submitting my offer. A great agent.

Really friendly and helpful team. Used them twice now for finding places around London Bridge/barbican area. Great knowledge of the area and the entire process was super smooth.

Always had a great experience viewing flats with them. Jasmine Forster was particularly very attentive in showing us new a perspective flat, with great knowledge of the barbican estate. She was able to book us in for a viewing in a sought after flat with very short notice.

Promised a lot, including a higher price, but fell far short.
I only had 1 viewing, decided to terminate the agreement. Spoke to their lettings as sales unavailable. Followed this up in writing, but no acknowledgement.
Then after ending the agreement Dexters called ( part of same company) to say had I been told about a viewing in 5 minutes time - no.
It transpired the viewing was by Frank Harris, and they clearly did not know I no longer was selling through them or thr key arrangement.
I have since contacted ×2 to complain and saying not to market my property.
One star, no choice, so I'll give that to the women who tried to arrange a viewing but no-one told her what she needed to know, at least she tried.

I found Frank Harris & Co super helpful and responsive, especially Zac Purssord he helped us throughout our tenancy agreement process and ensured we felt supported. Would definitely recommend!
