Before sharing this review, I read one that suggested that Suzanne was the only one who worked (I'm paraphrasing). I have to dispute this. While perhaps a little quieter, Richard is undoubtedly as key to Freedom's success as Suzanne. He has multiple clients to search for the best rates for and that, of course, means juggling those requests... while waiting for responses from and chasing multiple lenders with whom those requests lie. At least, from my musings, that's what I think. I commend him for the work that goes into that. We had spoken to more than one broker and Freedom came through for us. Think Beckham's free kick against Greece to secure England's World Cup qualification all those years ago. Or Jordan's game winning shot against the Utah Jazz to win the Bulls's last NBA Finals if basketball is more your thing! It really felt like our last chance long after all other options had fallen to the wayside. Richard and Freedom really came through for us.

Suzanne's work in supporting us throughout the process thereafter to make sure everything was properly submitted cannot be understated. Her attention to detail to make sure that every possible query a lender may have was impressive. Her customer detail was very much appreciated throughout that process.

If we find ourselves needing another mortgage, we are unequivocally starting that process with Freedom Mortgage & Protection Services.

Being a first time buyer, the amount of information that one needs to absorb and prepare for is overwhelming. Suzanne and Richard were there to make that less painful and to help arranging a mortgage. They also answered all kind of general questions about buying a property which helped me understand where I was getting into.

They also kept me updated about my mortgage application with my lender on every step, it's great to know that things are moving on in the background.

The other reviews here speak for themselves, but hard to put into words how grateful we were to Richard and Suzanne for their expert knowledge, professionalism and lightning quick response time to our queries. We had a set of circumstances that we perceived to be complex, for a large loan amount. We are self-employed with one of us being a US citizen.. none of which was an issue.

I can't recommend Richard and Suzanne enough. As a first time buyer, I was extremely anxious and pretty clueless about the whole buying process. Richard and Suzanne have provided so much support, explaining everything really clearly and answering all my questions. The communication has been fantastic, really quick responses and regular updates on progress. Also, for anyone who is privacy and security conscious, they provide a secure way of sending your personal data and documents (unlike other brokers who requested all documents were sent via email).

My Partner and I just secured our first house purchase! Honestly, we couldn't recommend the services of Richard and Suzanne more.
