Very informative, patient, well spoken and understanding, truly a pleasure to talk to.
The company itself has also been very patient with me, I am very grateful for this as it feels like I am able to call them up and explain situations without it seaming like all they are after is my money.
I am aware I hold no influence but I do believe Jordan should be put through for a pay rise for presenting the company so professionally, or failing that give him an opportunity to climb the ranks within your company ( if not already offered) something tells me you will not regret it.
