Great experience and very happy with the service!

I was given a few choices to handle my debt, in the end I went with an iva, all the letters from my creditors stopped straight away, the 6 years went so quick. Now I haven't got any debt 😊

I was facing great uncertainty when I landed my self into debt beyond help as I lost my job and I was 5 months pregnant, they helped me massively it was really overwhelming trying to sort out everything out myself but they stepped in and sorted it all out for me and after 5 years I’ve managed to take back control and I’m so happy I’ve finally completed my IVA. I faced a few dilemmas throughout but I called up explained and they were very patient with my circumstances but helped and supported me through out.

The most helpful and polite people i have dealt with thought out this whole thing. I cannot thank them enough.

I have just completed my IVA after 5 years. I was petrified when I first approached Quality Insolvensency which was later taken over by Freshstart,but was reassured and was talked through everything at each stage.Highly professional company whom was always available by telephone or via the portal to answer any queries I may have had.
I strictly adhered to the terms of my IVA and today I can breathe a huge sigh of relief that I have completed. It has taught me a huge lesson of responsibility but sadly prior to my IVA life was extremely difficult. I would 100% recommend this company and I praise all the staff I have encountered for their professionalism and empathy. Please remember if you enter an IVA do anything you possibly can to adhere to it to avoid situations that could end it before completion. Huge thanks to you all

If you are scared ignoring the letters and honesty it’s all getting to much then just picking up the phone and speaking to someone is the first step. The team behind my Iva where fantastic they do all the hard work you just explain your situation explain your circumstances be honest. That first step is honesty the hardest the rest is just a weight lifted from your whole life. When you cannot afford to make a payment they can help just let them know if payments are to high let them know they will lower them. Plans are long up-to 5/6 years but it’s ONE payment a month. Your items are protected letters stop and anything that’s sent after they will deal with. Best decision I ever made and so many of my friends have said the same. It’s scary but the letters and the constant thought of bailiffs are a Million times more scarier.

They sorted it quickly and the process was painless and great communication always which helps alot

Fresh Start were always helpful and understanding. It’s always difficult if you have a lot of debt, and I have a phobia about filling out forms. However, Fresh Start guided me throughout, and have always been friendly and kind when I’ve phoned them. I would recommend Fresh Start to anyone who has found themselves sinking under final demands, juggling which company to pay because of insufficient funds to pay them all. Now that I have finished my payments through Fresh Start, I feel as though a great weight has been lifted from me!
