Great quality protein packed meals at very reasonable prices!

Great portion size and tasty meals.
Minted lamb meal and sirloin steak are my favourite.
The delivery driver is the only thing that let's it down.
They left it at my front door in full view of people walking past instead of my safe chosen delivery place.
Meals are great though.

Very tasty
Food was very tasty get good portions. One of the meals had a broken seal but I was quickly refunded for the meal. I think the couriers throw the boxes around to be fair.

Too much meat in the options for me

Half portions would be great rather than me wasting half the meat
Food was overall good. Quite a wide range to choose from. Would appreciate being able to purchase additional sauces as they were a little bit small for my preference. Favourite was the salmon teriyaki. More fish options please.

Can definitely recommend. The meals taste home cooked, the quality is really good, and the menu choices are also really good. It’s easy to manage the subscription to pause etc.

Food is well made and good portion size. Best one out of 4 providers I’ve tried to date. The ordering process was easy. I also like that I can cancel my subscription and if I want to order a box in future I can with no subscription needed, excellent idea. Just would like to have more sauce in the dishes as sometimes lacking

They deserve their flowers
In my last review, I gave them 3 stars mainly because they were in the process of rolling out AI customer support which was getting in the way of their stellar human customer support. Since then it seems that they have turned away from this decision and gone back to real human customer support and it’s right back to the incredibly high standard as before. They really do prioritise a good customer experience and I have always appreciated it.
My gripes have never been with the food, as I’ve always mentioned I believe the flavours they provide are definitely the best of the 3 meal prep services I’ve tried by a long margin. Every now and then (rarely) some of the meals come out bland but those are few and far in between. A little more commonly, but still rarely, some of the chicken in the meals is a bit chewy or maybe a bit too tough to bite. I assume that is natural when procuring and cooking meat in mass amounts though. All factors considered (flavour, quality, variety, price) it is hard to rate the food any less than an 8/10. The price being a little bit expensive is definitely my biggest gripe.
One minor complaint I have is that some of their best meals are served with pork bits, and I recently started a no pork diet. I inquired if it was possible to remove the pork bits for my order in specific and unfortunately it isn’t. I do hope that they can add this option in the future but I also acknowledge that it would depend on the demand for it.
I’m writing this review because they deserve their flowers. If I gave them a 3 star review when I felt they were making the wrong decision, they deserve a 5 star for every thing I believe that they do best, and what they do best is definitely food.
I have ordered weekly meals from fuelhub well over 50 times and I am absolutely content with the service they have provided. I would recommend fuelhub to anybody looking for a meal prep service.
