Furniture Hire were a great company to deal with. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was easy and the staff and delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful.

The staff here were amazing, no hassle with collection and drop offs, they email you a week before with an extended quote which we did and was easy to pay. Reasonable price on table hire.

Furniture Hire went above and beyond to ensure that we got what we needed and it was delivered on time. Christine was always available to talk and come up with solutions. Very fair prices, I got quotes from 10+ hire outlets and they weren't beaten on price and the furniture that was delivered was of a very high quality. A very professional and efficient business and I will definitely use again.

We needed a large number of office furniture for a period of time and found everything we needed with Furniture Hire. The assembly of everything was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of hassle! The guys that delivered and assembled were very helpful. Quick responses throughout the booking, and it was great to speak to the same representative throughout.

We ordered our lovely wedding chairs from here. We originally ordered these for May and then had to rearrange to November and there were absolutely no problems with this, they were so understanding. Best of all, we actually then moved our wedding forward with 3days notice and they did this with no issues and had brilliant communication throughout. The chairs were also amazingly priced compared to other companies too!
We can't thank the company enough for getting our chairs to the venue without any problems.

The team were extremely helpful and incredibly understanding when the return collection date had to be extended on 2 occasions.

We hired a desk and two office chairs to cater for our work from home needs, and we really loved them! The furniture is high quality and the staff at Furniture Hire were really friendly and flexible with our needs (and even helped us extend a few times, etc.)

We needed some social distancing screens in a hurry for as stipulated for a client installation. Fantastic flawless service from these guys from start to finish. Our quote was prepared very swiftly for us, an on the day the product was delivered and collected again all as promised, right time, right place, no fuss, great service.

I was so impressed with how easy everything was for the hire of some tables and benches! I got a quote and booked everything online and the tables arrived on the day expected and were picked up again on the agreed date with no issues. The delivery men were friendly and efficient for drop off and delivery and the price was really reasonable in comparison to some other companies I received quotes from

Hired furniture for our wedding which was meant to go ahead in April. After mass events were cancelled due to covid, we asked to cancel our order in March and were told we could only change the date. Later, we tried to cancel and they kept going back and fourth as to whether we would get our refunded 75% (stated on the contract) or nothing at all. Finally, they agreed to 75% but told us that their accounts team were on furlough and so we wouldn't be able to receive it until August. However, now in July, we received an INVOICE from the ACCOUNTS TEAM when they were supposedly not working and they charged us an extra £125 for a "cancellation fee"!! When they were the ones that were meant to be refunding us. We are still fighting the battle to get our money back on a service we NEVER received 3 months later. Compare this to the nice small cake shop that gave us all our money back when we had to cancel the wedding, they didn't even keep the deposit! So it makes NO sense to me why a big company like this can't give us our entitled 75% back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. We are still planning to have the wedding reception next year and we definitely won't be using Furniture Hire UK.

I have ordered furniture for my wedding, and it was out of stock at the last minute. I accepted to be delivered cheaper furniture as replacement, but the difference of price has never been totally refunded without any reason. I had to send a dozen of emails during 2 months. Time consuming, not reliable, I do not recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish rung up to enquire dealt with Nikki placed order paid for got furniture when needed courtesy call from driver before delivery and collection would recommend and will re-use
