We went in to buy a mattress and two pillows. Mark was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He struck the right balance between guidance and giving us space to test and make our own decisions. It didn't take us long at all. Couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend Furniture Village in Enfield, in particular, Mark.

After my visit to the store, I made a call to cancel my order and they promised to call the next day, which they did in a friendly way.

I spoke with Kush about couple of issues with our sofa. I am over 70 years old and was not sure what to expect for aftercare service.
Kush was very good and reassured me not to worry. He listened and explained the next steps. Took down my details and communicated with me prompt.

He called me as soon as he had made arrangements for a technician to contact me with a view of arranging an appointment. He reassured me that the technician will go through the checks to make sure everything is okay.

Purchasing in-store was great. It was great to try the mattress and chat it over with the (Enfield) Store Manager. Afterwards? Not so good... I've had zero contact subsequently and the "track your order" function doesn't work on the website.

Try to phone instead?....No one answers. Leave a message for a call-back?...No one phones back.

I'm considering cancelling my Nectar mattress order.

I don't have much time for incompetence.

Raheem was welcoming, very helpful and professional. He had a wealth of experience and answered all my questions. I attended the store on 09/10/2026. I identified the bed but decided to think about it. I then came back on 10/10/2026 and specifically asked for Raheem due to his helpfulness the previous day.

Excellent service from ordering with Raheem Khan at the Enfield to the amazing delivery team Ryan and Stuart. We were informed of our order progress by customer services and told of delivery date. Well done would recommend Furniture Village for variety and service. A special mention for our delivery team Ryan and Stuart. So efficient and with a smile and kindness delivering our sofas.

I ordered a very expensive bed among other large pieces of furniture
The bed was delivered with 3out of 8 wheel castors missing I immediately complained and the delivery team also took photos and said they left the wheels in warehouse and promised to return to complete the delivery. It is now nearly 3 months and even today after 2 further failed attempts due to bringing wrong wheels even today the wheels have not been fitted they keep bringing or delivering the wrong parts. It is incomprehensible and the height of incompetence that this company claiming such high standards of service can treat the customers so badly I have lost complete confidence after being a loyal customer for overv20 years inspite of continued poor service of a similar order the last time I moved . I cannot recommend them to anyone now

Leigh in the Enfield store was so helpful to me when I was choosing my new sofa. There's such a great range to choose from as well, but I knew when I walked in the store what I wanted. Just needed a bit of help with the colour and other bits. She was patient and not pushy at all. Overall great customer service.
