Ben was extremely helpful at helping to advise us which mattress to purchase. He explained everything clearly in both a friendly and professional manner.
A very positive experience

We were just browsing to see what was on offer. We found the choices,quality and design very appealing. We had a very helpful knowledgeable sales manager who certainly knew her stuff. She was very considerate and confident.

Judy was amazing and spent a lot of time with us and gave us a lovely advice and would highly recommend her

My first contact with customer service and I was pleasantly surprised. I gave my name and Paige had my details very quickly. She was very professional, we discussed my issues which has reassured me that my outcomes will be met. I am hoping moving forward we can resolve everything. Thank you Paige.

Visited the Exeter store, wasn’t pounced on! Which was much appreciated! Cindy made herself known to us but wasn’t pushy. Answered my questions as needed and she was professional and good fun. Went home, done my measurements and phoned back to complete my order. Thank you Cindy.

Sales consultant Suzie Squire was super helpful in many areas of the store. Although we didn’t purchase today we will certainly be back to do so.

My experience with Furniture Village on that Saturday morning was an absolute miracle. Everything went unbelievably smoothly and I had a fabulous time with Cindy. It was so beautiful to see that my bed I actually ordered was so similar to the one I looked at on their website was very heartening to hear.

I will upgrade the quality of my present bedding to match the brand new bed in due course. Inclusive of the pillow. Once again, thank you very much for your support and assistance in this matter. I am really looking forward to receiving my brand spanking new bed in due course.

Cindy Emmerson was welcoming, polite, professional, knowledgeable with and very helpful to me and my son, who has a learning disability, when we visited the Exeter store recently.

Visited the Exeter store and spotted a clearance sofa. Once home we decided it was the one for us. We called to place a deposit to secure the sale and went up the next day to finalise the deal. Was a little surprised there wasn’t a sold sign on it, also a couple were sat on it having coffee and a cookie. I watched from a little way away hoping they didn’t make a mess😳. Hence the 4 stars! Would have been 5.
I was assured that it would be wrapped and taken from store for delivery. Ben the salesman was polite and helpful. I was called the next day to book delivery. We purchased this sofa on a Saturday and were given the following Friday or Monday. (Very quick service). We went for the Monday to give us time to sort out the old sofa.
We were updated regarding our purchase and delivery. Receipts were sent via email. We were given a time slot and they called 30 minutes from our house.
The guys were courteous and professional, respected our property and put together our sofa swiftly.
The only thing outstanding is the sofa care pack which was put in the post but we are still waiting for it.
All in all very happy with the company, the delivery service which was outstanding and the sofa itself.

Donna Martin made our experience great!! She is such a good, friendly, experienced and unobtrusive sales lady. She is very kind and very knowledgeable. She helped us choose our new sofa by giving good advice but also giving us the time to think about which sofa we liked best and which would be best to meet our needs. Brilliant experience. We bought our bedroom furniture from furniture village 7 years ago, and Donna served us then. We were so pleased to see her smiling face there to greet us this time.

I went with a friend to find her a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa set! We had a knowledgeable and friendly person, Cindy, to help us and we had a very pleasant search until we discovered the reclining sofas and fell in love! So comfortable- I couldn’t believe it as I had never sat in one before! Nor had my friend! She bought the 2 and 3 seater recliners and chose a great velvet fabric to cover them! The service we received was delightful.
I was so impressed I went back today and bought myself a 2 seat recliner and chose a different colour velvet to cover mine!
It was exciting and I enjoyed it.
The sofas will not be ready until the middle of August but delivery is all part of the service and we have both taken out the
comprehensive insurance offered!

Great service from Donna. Loved negotiating a price with her. No pressure selling. Only thing I didn't like is the confirmation invoices. Very confusing how they are set out.
