Customer aftersales service is terible, It took several weeks and multiple phone calls to arrange for the exchange of a faulty chair, when the replacement finally arrived it was worse than the original and I had to go through the same process again, when the next replacement finally arrived it was not the same and I discovered that the manufacturer had been changed, by this time I had had enough of Furniture Village staff incompetence so returned the whole set of 6 dining chairs for a refund which I eventually recieved after much more effort on my part. I have not got the time or inclanation to write the whole sorry story but I can say without doubt that I will not be shopping with them again.

The service at your shop was exceptional, we already knew what we wanted to purchase, member of staff was very welcoming, very professional. Couldn't be more happier to shop at your store, and you have a wonderful choice of furniture. Many thanks

Totally delighted with my new sofa. Rachael in the Ipswich store went out of her way to help us make up our minds, but there was zero pressure.

She even managed to find one of the stones from my mother's engagement ring that had been lost as we were going around the store - totally over and above service!

The sofa was delivered early by 2 very helpful chaps and is exactly as lovely as I'd hoped it would be.

Keith was fantastic, he was extremely helpful and was very patient. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

We walked and immediately was asked if we needed help. The assistant sheikh was extremely helpful. Showed us all the rise and recliners in store . Then as a lastresort showed us one tha can cone as a rise and recliner. As I sat down I was immediately comfortable. So that was my choice. Sheikh showed us the different materials and my choice was made. We were offered refreshments whilst my husband did the paperwork. Will definitely recommend this ipswich store over all the others we looked in. Will be going back when we decide we need a rise and recline bed. We'll done sheikh 11/10. Thankyou.

Sheik gave us all the information we needed ina friendly fashion without being a pressure salesman which was appreciated. The offer of cookies and tea/coffee, although not taken, was surprising.
The suite selected was what we wanted with a 10-12 week delivery.
