Great service but the delivery people forgot my rug. I still haven’t received it

Buying a new mattress couldn't have gone any easier. From the initial visit to the store in Nottingham to delivery today. The sales team didn't pounce on you as soon as you entered or followed you around as you looked at their wide selection but were friendly and on hand to answer questions (Jatin). A phone call received a week ahead of delivery with the offer of several dates and on the day of delivery an email and text message received with a vehicle tracker. The driver, Paul, called when 15 mins away. The delivery guys, Paul and Tomas, took the mattress to the room and took away all the packaging with them. I'm impressed and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Pushy sales staff trying to up sell pads that stick to the feet of furniture and leather care pack I said no once and you kept asking when I say I'm having a look round I'll ask if I need help that means leave me alone not follow me around constantly speaking to me rude some women today that was working you lost a sale just leave people alone your like fly's round Sh#t .

Extremely helpful staff that didn’t harrass you but were there when you needed them!

When arriving I wasn’t hassled into buying anything, I was simply told hi I’m Nick can I help you with anything? I said I’m just looking thank you, he said if you need anything just give me a shout, I actually appreciate that more than being followed around being pressured, after a while I purchased a sofa and bed. After months and months of searching for the perfect sofa and feeling completely overwhelmed by the choices, we walked into Furniture Village and were fortunate enough to meet Nick Cameron. From the moment he greeted us, the entire experience changed for the better.

Nick’s knowledge, professionalism and genuine passion for what he does were exceptional. He took the time to listen carefully to our needs, understand our space and guide us through the options without ever making us feel pressured. What had felt like an impossible decision suddenly became straightforward and enjoyable thanks to his expertise.

In fact, we had not even planned on buying dining chairs today, but Nick’s outstanding product knowledge and eye for detail helped us find the perfect chairs for our particularly difficult new table. He understood exactly what would work and gave us complete confidence in our choices.

What really stood out was how genuinely invested Nick was in helping us find the right furniture rather than simply making a sale. He spoke so positively about Furniture Village and clearly takes enormous pride in both the company and the service he provides. That pride shines through in every interaction.

Nick is one of those rare people who combines expert knowledge with a warm, friendly and down to earth approach. Nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered patiently and we left feeling delighted with our purchases and grateful for his guidance.

Customer service of this calibre is increasingly hard to find and Nick is a real credit to Furniture Village. When we need furniture in the future, we will not be shopping around. We will be heading straight back to Nick Cameron.

Thank you again, Nick, for making what had been a stressful and frustrating process such a positive experience. You are an absolute star and we will do our best to pop in with those samosas soon!

Very good got help strait away and got all the questions answered that I asked they was helpfull but not over powering I ended up placeing a order which arrives in 3 weeks I fell in love with the Mariah sofa and snuggle chair it's beautiful and good quality it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT 😀

The best service we’ve ever received! Lynn from Nottingham was superb!!!

The staff in the shop were good, helping us to make a decision and the furniture looked good. The one-star review is for the post purchase support which is incredibly poor. The sofa was damaged, and I had to argue with them to get it replaced. My second sofa, which we have been waiting for 12 weeks, apparently was left for over 2 weeks in their Milton Keyne's warehouse, with no-one contacting us to arrange delivery. I have been chasing them to sort out delivery. Overall, shop staff good, post-purchase support is very poor and I would not recommend this company because of their after sales support (or lack of).

We went to buy a mattress today which is always a difficult job, but we had Nick Cameron to help us through the process, he was amazing!
