Furniture Village - Poole Opiniones 

Within this retail park are 3 furniture stores and rightly we visited each looking for a new sofa. However, prior to arriving Furniture Village was not on our list to find our new sofa. Yet, the quality is better than the others, the sales approach is better (no hounding, or being chased around the sofa without chance to browse alone). As picky shoppers who don’t make rash sections…..I was not expecting any purchase today…..but I did. Sharon, was amazing and available to help with any question we needed, then disappeared until we needed her again (perfect experience for us). I told you were great face to face, but thank you again in writing. You supported us amazingly in our purchase.

We had a brilliant day today at Furniture Village and our Sales Consultant Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely shop here again. Many thanks for an excellent service.

FV always have great products prices are generally fair but could always be better Leo Tsapalos was teh sales consultatnt at Poole & his help over our two visits was excellent great service & a nice way with customer not pushy.

Dan was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed and left us to make our own decision about which bed and base we bought. He talked us through the contract and made sure we understood. The whole experience was positive and enjoyable with no pressure, just really good service.

Sales Consultant Michael Carling. We visited to find 6 replacement dining chairs. Michael showed real interest in what we were looking for and provided insight into possible choices. He remained supportive throughout and even though he was just about to go on holiday for a week, because of his approach I was happy to delay my return to make a final decision and ensure he was the sales consultant to complete my order. On the day there was no pressure to make a final decision just a professional approach, reassurance about the quality of the chairs and completion of the documentation. A really nice experience with no pressure sales! Thank you Michael.

Dan Spivey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process of choosing what we wanted easy.
There was a wide selection of suites, living room and bedroom furniture.
Our only negative was the coffee machine didn't do decaf!

We had a great experience at Furniture Village Poole today. Shortly after entering the store Ricardo approached us and said that if we needed any help he would be happy to advise. He was true to his word. There was absolutely no hard sell, just lots of knowledgeable information from him about anything we were interested in. We must have called on him about six times and he was just so friendly and helpful. We ended up buying furniture for two bedrooms and a corner sofa having deliberated for about three hours ! I would definitely recommend this store, we were very happy with our visit.

Michael was amazing and so incredibly helpful. My wife and I visited both the Poole and Southampton stores and made a special trip back to Poole to purchase from Michael as he was by far the person we wanted to deal with. I hope the delivery is as professional and helpful.

We recently visited the store in Poole. We had seen a sofa online that we wanted to view in person. As we arrived at the store, we found the sofa we wanted to see and was greeted by Michael. Michael was incredibly welcoming and informative about the various different options possible.
Michael was helpful and added his knowledge and experience into our decision. We were satisfied with the customer service and look forward to receiving our sofa.

Looking for a dining table, ther was a good selection to choose from, Sharon gave us the information on products that made the selection easier, the transaction was smooth.
