Gouldi , is a credit to Furniture Village. He was patient and informative. He took his time and explained the pros and cons of the beds displayed .
Highly recommended.

My friend had spotted a sofa days before and wanted my opinion about it. Goldy arrived, greeted us and assisted us all the way through for the purchase. My friend’s Enlglish is not the best and Goldy clarified all th process several times to ensure my friend’s satisfaction. We had a very pleasant and smooth experience. He reallywent above and beyond for us. My friend left super happy !!

Robin in Staines branch was very helpful and efficient.

Liz was amazing in helping us choose our table and chairs. She was calm and showed interest in the type of dining table we wanted. She was very attentive and patient with me and my wife as we kept changing our minds. Once we finally found our table and chairs she happy to wait just in case we change our minds again. we had the love of dogs that also made as all feel comfortable. Liz is amazing!!

All good with the purchase process and very good with the delivery experience we have just had. The two guys delivering our new sofas were Mehtab and Nicolae. Both of them were friendly, helpful, and considerate of our carpets etc. during the delivery process. Absolutely great all round.

Worst customer experience ever – avoid Furniture Village.
Do not believe the advertised 14–28 day delivery times — they are completely misleading. We placed an order for a mattress and base at the end of February, and now, at the end of May, we still have nothing. To make matters worse, the delivery date has been pushed back 7 times, and now delayed yet again until mid-June.

Communication from Furniture Village has been absolutely appalling. Not once has anyone proactively contacted us about these endless delays. We are always the ones chasing them, struggling just to get someone to answer the phone. When we finally do speak to someone, the response is useless — “there’s nothing we can do.”

This level of service is unacceptable. Selling products with unrealistic delivery promises, leaving customers completely in the dark, and showing zero ownership or accountability is disgraceful. We are beyond furious and deeply regret buying from Furniture Village. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time — buy elsewhere where they value the customer.

The two delivery guys today were great. Polite, courteous and very smiley. Respected our property too. The entire purchasing experience starting with Goldie at the store has been excellent.

The sofa was easy to order and was delivered on time. The delivery men did a great job in no time at all. Great service

The customer service was excellent, no pressure and questions answered without an hassle.

We bought a new Tempur mattress & 2 pillows. In store the service was exceptional. Robin was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. The delivery was on time and all communications were professional.

But, beware the trial information that is provided with the product, from Tempur, apparently only applies when you buy from Tempur direct. Furniture village do NOT honour the 30 day pillow trial although they do say they honour the mattress 100 day one. Unfortunately I have found the new pillow very uncomfortable & am not able to change it. Very annoying

We had the best customer service: great satisfaction after we realised the sofa order we placed was too big for our room.
Sales person Robin Sydney stood out and went the extra mile in resolving the issue.

I went into Furniture Village, Staines-Upon-Thames, this afternoon to buy a new set of sofas for my living room. I was replacing like with like, because it offers me everything that I need, so I knew exactly what I wanted, except for the fabric. My salesman, Abed, was very helpful in explaining the differences in the fabric options, and in offering suggestions in my chosen colour palette.
The whole purchase was made very straightforward, and I was given time to consider the quotation, before committing.
I was very pleased with my experience in shopping at Furniture Village, and would recommend it to my friends.

Liz was brilliant. It was great that she was Polish and was able to speak with my parents all about their questions, worries and possibilities. Brilliant employee and once my parents decide, they'll definitely seek out Liz to help them buy.

Laura was great - the best person we are dealing with so far in furniture village. But FV never disappoints.
